I'm going to set out a buffet this morning starting with cereals, fruit, and fruit juices, moving on to various hams and cheeses then a hot section with sausages, bacon, eggs (fried and scrambled if you want a different type just ask) hash browns and mushrooms.

Florence is making croissants and Fernando is making fruit cocktails.

DCat has come with me so we can both snooze by the fire.

Of course bucks fizz counts, take a chair by the fire, there is a very sittable rug for the cat.

Morning gang, wide awake here as we've just had a call to say that FIL has died, we knew it was coming, but hideous all the same.

I wonder if you'd quietly let me watch another episode of Mr Bates vs the Post Office on a snuggly chair in the corner, I'll wear headphones so as not to disturb anybody.

Lets head to Canada for, maple syrup eggs, cinnamon and maple syrup pancakes fried egg and bacon bagels, bacon, egg and pancake and baked apple oatmeal.

Florence is making chocolate truffle cake and Fernando has some canada goose to make cocktails or hot drinks.

@TokyoSushi I am so very sorry to hear that your FIL has passed. Like you said, eventhough it was expected, it still is a shock, just the same. There's no way to prepare to wrap your head around it until it happens. You and your family are in my thoughts.

May I have a fried egg buddie like Scott, hold the bacon, please? That sounds so good. I'll have it by the fire, but I will sit on a cushion on the floor.

@SweetPeasOnEarth not a problem, just watch out for the kitten bees and any sleeping cats.

I hope they will jump on my lap whilst I borrow their pillow.

Hi all! Totally forgot to pop in when I was up last night. Irl I'm trying to loose weight but here I'll have a lovely Canadian breakfast, coffee, pancakes, maple syrup and a side of bacon, yum!
