For breakfast, well we seem to have had a lot of sweet/fruit breakfasts so I'll get the bacon and eggs out. But I'm using the airfryer so bagels, with bacon around the edge and an egg in the middle.

Florence is making galettes and Fernando is pouring glasses of bitter for @Tilllly's bravery yesterday.

Awake and in pain again. Had my quota of codeine phosphate etc so just having to ride it out.
Mouth is as dry as a nuns chuff too ( meds)

Did too much on the allotment yesterday- cleaned the greenhouse. But it does look lovely!

@sashh , we all know you have great cooking ability and can magic up some wonderful food but you have surpassed yourself now, the bagles are really god how on earth ( or in heaven) did you manage that ? 😂

I haven't slept yet! My lovely Nana had a huge stroke yesterday and is unresponsive in her local hospital. I'm overseas and feel incredibly guilty.

@lovinglaughingliving That must be hard , don't beat yourself up about it you are not staying away on purpose. Try to get a bit of sleep after your mini eggs and brew. @sashh makes some great benito pack lunch boxes if you want something later .

In the past I’ve probably tended to sleep too much lol, and just in the last year I find myself waking in the small hours (worrying!) and wide awake for a couple of hours at least. I got a few more hours in in the end (phew!) – I hope you were able to get a bit of decent sleep!

OK so bagels again today?

You can have a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon, toasted bagels with a variety of toppings or airfryer bagels with bacon, egg, cheese or/and tomatoes.

Florence is baking bagels of course and also some bread rolls with cheese baked in.

Fernando is making a lemon and mint cocktail.
