Channel 4 tonight, featuring a lovely young couple from our village.

I guessed right away that the senior midwife had never had any children herself.

Is Ed Sams partner? Both the midwife and Sam have put the poor bloke down so far, poor bloke.

Sam's got all the gumption but naivete of a 20 yr old, Ed is going to remain gormless throughout life.

He's also putting me off the name Ed.

I don't remember early stages hurting that much so perhaps Sam has low pain threshold? Feel sorry for her really...

Sam is really dramatic isn't she. I can't remember being in that much pain. Poor girl. Had to laugh when the midwife told her she was only 2cm dialated.
