Love the "less jazz hands" comment - v true!
Gwen is much better now - I'm afraid I spent most of the first series wanting to punch her in the whiny face.
Lois obviously being groomed for mat leave cover - I'm disappointed in the acting, think she could have been more convincing with the "he wsnts me there" ie he might be shagging me. She seems to nervous and jumpy, if it were me I'd want to see her as eager-to-please but not looking as if she has a clue what's happening. She only achieves the latter.
I don't miss Owen, he reminded me of Beaker from the Muppets with his odd slit for a mouth!
Yay - Dh back home so off to watch tonight's off the Sky+...
