Well done on the Laver Cup tickets Ice - I did see an Instagram post from Sadiq Khan promoting the tickets - I wonder if they’d not sold as many as they expected - you should get to see some good players

I’m still an hour in front so will probably not see all (if any) of the women’s final - and now there’s singing!

I don’t really mind who wins the women’s final and feel the same about the men’s really - if Big Foe had got to the final I would have been rooting for him

I’m not a Zverev fan but I’m also not keen on Shelton - I suppose it would be good to have an American man to win

It seems odd to have one national anthem at an event where different nationalities take part?

It seems to seems odd to bother with an anthem at all. For ages, the US open was the only one that did- but yes, at other countries that play anthems do them for the countires who are playing, as well as the participants. Though the only one that comes to mind is Monaco. On the whole, outside of 'national' competition, nowhere does it.

Thinking about it, I can see that they can't really play the Belarus national anthem, but why the need for any national anthem?
