TENNIS THREAD - hotdogs and weed, it must be the US Open

[ChessieFL]

I managed to close off the last thread without realising and couldn’t see a new one, so here you go!

Djok looks a bit distracted

I've been flipping across to the Osaka/ Bejlek match.

I do like Sara, she really has had a break through year.

Maybe his magic potion is delayed.

Djok getting a bit impatient with the ball boy

I saw that. Dick.

Come on Sascha!

Ugh.

Come on Sascha.

Damn

Grr

The fecking violin

Oh ffs, just seen the result

Ugh, I cannae believe it, been out all day
looked at today’s results, Djokovic, beat Sasha .🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I've got everything crossed that Daniil can beat Djok next match- he's on a roll at the moment (but Djok has the crowds behind him).

Come on Daniil!

Carlos is struggling against Jaume Munar. His serve seems really off.

Hopefully Daniil can come through against Djok later. I don't think he'll wilt under pressure the way that Sascha can.

That's better Carlos. Vamos!

Well done Carlos- Jaume gave him a bit of a scare.

Well done Carlos.

Poor Hubert just retired.

This first set in the match between Daniil/ Djok is a long one.
Looks to be going to a tie break- hopefully - otherwise Djok will win it.

Crap.

Here we go again

I wish he'd stop going for drop shots.
