Genma is the one who is most annoying so far.
Her weird cleaning product was toxic and she seems to be the sort that nothing works out for.
I read that they drink Kim’s drinks at the wedding and they all fall out ! Cant wait for that shouting match over cheap Prosecco!

At one point today Priya abandoned the massive tote bag / massive cushion and just stood there with her 7 months pregnant belly out like the actress couldn’t be arsed to keep this charade up any longer 🤣

I noticed that 😂 and filming from strange angles.

Does anyone know why Nicola's relatives are "flat broke" as Gemma put it?

Just wanted to mention I saw the film "The Odyssey" yesterday, and the actor who played Nancy Carter's gormless ex husband Tamwar has a leading role in the film, playing Odysseus' military sidekick, it's a much more interesting role than the cardboard cut out he played in EE.

I also noticed that, so funny 🤣. At one point, a car mirror was obscuring her huge bump!

Himesh Patel was fantastic in a film I watched recently called The Assessment. He's done pretty well in the film industry since leaving EastEnders.

When will she tell him she’s pregnant. He must then realize the baby isn’t his. What a mess it all is for her and for penny too.

I didn’t watch EE for years from maybe 2010 ish to when Lola started getting ill, did everyone apart from max (cos he’d gone) know that Annie’s was his or did they cover that up? I obviously saw the reveal when Lauren came back but wondering what happened before?

Not sure why the new family are suddenly so poor when they all must have lived somewhere in Kent and had a place there. What has gone on and why isn’t Nicola asking any questions? I would be curious to know what’s going on with money , why none of them are working and how they ended up destitute!

I can’t remember with Annie tbh. I have a hunch that Linda passed her off as Micks , but obviously it did get out that it wasn’t his child. Hopefully someone might remember more !

It’s so obvious she is pregnant now. I know that Penny twigged, but none of the men have so far.
It must be a nightmare as she is irl and further on than three months when it may not be as obvious at that stage for the character. How they will write her out for mat leave I’ve no idea. Or maybe get around it ?

They are just so annoying, why the mystery? If they are homeless then just say so. Why would they tell a lot of complicated irritating lies when the truth will get them somewhere to stay.

And why would they suddenly be penniless and drinking tap water and unable to afford a b&b anyway? There are three healthy adults in the family, yet none of them working? How about claiming benefits? (Obviously no one in EastEnders claims benefits, they go on Only Fans or become a drug lord, but this homeless and penniless story is still stupid.)

Not sure how old Ned is, but he would have been pensioned off out the army ( or some money at least ) and he works I think ? Or did.
Jodie may be able to claim benefits. Is Ryder college age ? Rose looks retired , but maybe just looks older than she is. Was the house they lived in her one ?
Maybe it’ll become clearer , but Gemma said they are skint , so something has gone on.

I was thinking whilst watching today’s episode and Ned saying to Nic they’re all skint (after he slept in the bar floor at the Vic with Gemma) , how can five adults capable of working not not enough money for a couple of B&B/hotel rooms for even a week?! It’s just too implausible. Isn’t Ned a PTSD therapist? Of course I know EE isn’t a documentary but the writers could have quickly highlighted some pertinent issues (mortgage rate gone up a lot so their home was repossessed or they couldn’t afford their rent). But it’ll probably be because of something bizarre like Gemma being scammed of their life savings.

Gemma mentioned the cleaning product she used having something in it that was toxic, so maybe she sold it on and someone was injured and sued her ? It’s only a guess, but she used it in the Vic. Maybe that will come back to bite her or Kat ? I mean, who invents their own cleaning products when you can buy so many for under a few pounds ! Too many rules around making your own products to be totally safe to even go there !

Nicola was in prison for doing fake Botox , so it seems to run in the family to use dodgy things !
The cleaning product was mentioned for a reason I bet ( is my guess )

Shelling ! Probably. Not sure how long Nicola was away for , Teddy mentioned when she rocked up at first to live in their basement.

We find out today why the family are so skint and it’s not to do with dodgy cleaning materials.
Ned was acting weird when he went into Nicola’s office.

Did we? I must have tuned out when Ned explained. What’s the reason why they’re all broke?

South. Gemma admitted that they tried to claim money from an insurance claim for a fire that they started deliberately and the house burnt down.
Jodie mentioned it first and Genma had to fess up to Nicola. Ned smoothed things over with Nicola by saying that the last 20 years were tough after the dad died and how he had to pick up the pieces and keep them all going and it seemed to work! How she wasn’t aware of the fire or where they went after it burnt down I’ve no idea, but it must have happened fairly recently.

Oh dear re Max. To be fair , Priya came on to him at first and she was single at the time. Not condoning the behavior, but Ravi did leave her high and dry back in April. Max was being max and it’s really nothing to do with Ravi.
