right serious question, I have never ever been able to find anyone who remembers "A sharp intake of breath". It was a late 70s sitcom that ran for 4 (4?!!!) series about some hapless husband (a pre Del Boy David Jason) fighting petty minded bureaucracy?

I do remember it. Amusing antics with someone falling off a ladder, and someone else repeating the end of every sentence?
