But Vinny, not Kheerat. She sent Jags to jail to save Vinny going, because Vinny is such a pathetic weed he would never have survived. Then Jags died.

(Kheerat is actually in jail now as a result of a crime he didn't commit - Ranveer's murder). Edit - he volunteered to go to save Suki, who thought she'd killed Ranveer. But actually it was Ravi.

Oooohhhh yes!! That’s right. Jags went in place of Vinny and Kheerat went in place of her/Ravi. She thought she’d killed Ranveer so Kheerat went to jail for her, but Ravi actually killed him and that was later found out lol

I can’t remember what Vinny did that Jags took his place for, was it something in the shop?

She was also just really nasty to her kids in the beginning tbh, she’s softened and started making amends but I wouldn’t be one to let her adopt. Old habits and all that. It seems no matter what her kids do, they disappoint her and that’s not someone I think should parent.

Yes Suki was really evil when she arrived, she was a brilliant villain, much better than Nicola!)

You are right the Vinny incident was something to do with the shop, a break-in or something.

I completely agree.. Suki was a fabulous villain and her character development has been amazing too.. right up until the Avani thing and then that was all weird and a bit too out of character for me lol

It would be nice for Linda to be happy but I bet, duff duff duff, that Mick shows up on the day of the wedding! From the dead/disappeared.

Poor old Jumpers finally gets a mention today!

When is this Bea thing concluding? I’m fed up with her and this storyline is silly,

I like Eve and Suki but I’m not sure an ex-con and a woman who lied about having cancer to her own kids, framed her own son for a crime he didn’t commit, was until very recently living with a drug dealer and whose criminal psychopath husband was killed when he fell off a balcony in suspicious circumstances at her wedding…would’ve got this far in the adoption process!

Suki’s past in the PAR report would have been scrapped from the start , not to mention the fact that Eve was put away for ABH and struck off from her profession. They approved it though! Amazing and now Eve has messed it up :(
I agree that Nic might try blackmail first before dobbing her in , hold on to the cctv footage , so rare in EE to have any footage of wrong doings.!

Nic must own the only cctv in Walford.

I reckon she'll blackmail Eve to make up for Eddie's money, or at least some of it.

And I'd be fucked if I'd be putting on one of Fat Elvis's badly spelled itchy Xmas jumpers in this heat, I'm barely dressed as it is.

Also, they must really be desperate for foster carers/adoptive parents to agree for Suki and Eve to go ahead!

Did anyone else notice the upper cut Eve gave Nicola was a left handed one but then the red marks on her knuckles were on her right hand?!?

Does anyone else think that Priya looked pregnant in today’s episode? Wearing a floaty top when her style is usually much clingier 🤔

@NoisyBrain she's looked pregnant for weeks now, the actress obviously is up the duff.

At last Suki is saying what we have been saying for months about the adoption.
There is no way they would ever be approved even without Suki storming out, and Eve punching Nicola. It's hard to get invested in any of it.

At least we Phil and Will were talking sense to Billy. They are dropping in details about Bea’s background childhood but it’s all too little too late.

@Shellingbynight Ah, I'm obviously more unobservant than I thought, tonight was the first time I've noticed Priya's up-duffedness 😂

@NoisyBrain I think it was first noticed when she wore baggy clothing to work which was very un-Priya with her usual slinky clothes! It was before Ravi's brief return, about a month ago I think.

Nicola gets short shift to her "Half Christmas" from me, especially considering she's skint.

100% agree.

I was pleasantly surprised when Gina asked Nicola if Half Christmas was a good idea given Nicola's money circs.

Half Christmas was excruciating the first time round, it really did not need resurrecting did it!

I can't even begin to imagine what wearing a Christmas jumper in this 30+ degree heat would feel like 🥵
