Looking forward to this! 😄 First one I ever saw was 21 Up, (in 1977,) as I was not alive for 7 Up and too young to watch 14 Up. But I did catch them on repeat later on before 28 Up came on! Seen 35, 42, 49, 56, and 63, and enjoyed them. So I am looking forward to 70 Up.

I think this is the last one. (I heard it was anyway....)

Are these new interviews? Or do you mean catch up in the sense of the original programmes on ITVx? (I love this series, don’t want to think I’ve missed any specials!)

I am so looking forward to this. At 64 I am 6 years younger but I can vaguely remember 14 Up being aired and have followed it since 21 Up. Of course I have also watched the original 7 Up when it was repeated.

I think it is new to have each of them separated out? Is there any new content in these or is it just a compilation of that person's clips? I have watched a couple of the previous now - mainly because I didn't remember all their names.

As the new 70 Up is out - next week? - it will be good to have a more in-depth chat on here after it has aired.

I don't think it's any new material for 63 Up. Ever since 49 Up they have had more than one programme at a time. I enjoy seeing more of them, I remembered from last time that gorgeous garden Andrew and his wife had made!

You sort of feel like you know them in a way. Always feel bad for Neil, he was such a lovely and engaging 7 year old, it was sad to see how some of his life turned out along the way. Hopefully he's OK now.

And those 7 year old boarding school boys with the excruciating accents and claims of reading the Financial Times! Quite funny really. As a pp said, there probably aren't any kids who speak like that today, even amongst the royals probably.

They have been releasing videos on YouTube (and, I'm sure, elsewhere). It's all previously shown footage, but separated out for individuals.

I reckon the public school boys will have been under some pressure to put a good show on, do the school and their families proud etc. etc.
