As we head towards the final stages, it's shopping TV up next - can the current bunch recreate the glory of James Max and the Wolf jacket? Will it be happy days or chuffin' hell?

The place for conversating about it all!

Oh, didn’t expect that at all !
wow.

Omg why not?

were you watching different show?

why on earth would he want to invest In Recruiting carers

the80sweregreat · 16/04/2026 21:58

Well done ! I hope she does well !

AlwaysRightISwear · 16/04/2026 21:58

Congratulations Karishma. She was clearly the strongest candidate throughout the process with one or two blips.

Lampzade · 16/04/2026 21:58

Relieved

the80sweregreat · 16/04/2026 21:59

I just thought that he would want some of the care home market, that’s all! So glad that he chose the right one though !!

sittingonabeach · 16/04/2026 21:59

I thought he was going to offer it to both of them for 20th anniversary

Lampzade · 16/04/2026 21:59

Love her quip about Lord Sugar’s Rolls Royce getting an upgrade

Eastereggschocolateisthebest · 16/04/2026 21:59

HolidayHideaway · 16/04/2026 21:52

She’ll help him make money.

Hardly - recruiting carers ffs

or is it - still not clear

SwedishEdith · 16/04/2026 22:00

Just before he announced the winner, I remembered which side his hand was pointing in the preview so realised it was Karishma.

Watchingthechaseagain · 16/04/2026 22:00

I got a bit emotional there. You can see how much it means to Karishmua.

IHeartMyTissues · 16/04/2026 22:00

No surprise, and a deserved win.

Oh they always do that left side

Lampzade · 16/04/2026 22:01

She was the stand out from day one . A worthy winner

Eastereggschocolateisthebest · 16/04/2026 22:01

I think they need to fold the programme now - it’s not what it started out as

the80sweregreat · 16/04/2026 22:01

He didn’t offer any of his help to Pascha , which I thought was a bit off as he normally does! Unless it wasn’t shown.

Eastereggschocolateisthebest · 16/04/2026 22:02

Only generated 1 and a bit thread on here - whereas masterchef we had loads and a whole one for the final

the80sweregreat · 16/04/2026 22:02

I really hope she smashes it! I am
sure she will. It is a crowded market , but I really hope it works out.

Starandflowers · 16/04/2026 22:03

Definitely thought it was heading towards both of them. He has done that before after all

I went into tonight’s episode thinking Karishma was my winner but Pascha really impressed me tonight (even with the idiot Kieran trying to spoil it for her). I think both will be successful - amazing to think Pascha was only 1 when Tim won

She not doing anything that isn’t in every high street - he can jus go there

she’s an idiot thinking the personal touch is the selling point - it’s not possible and really niave

The only one with a smidgen of any 🧠

Eastereggschocolateisthebest · 16/04/2026 22:05

I so miss Adrian chiles and the whole “your fired” format

the80sweregreat · 16/04/2026 22:06

Oh I am pleased she won! I do like her and she knows her products.

IHeartMyTissues · 16/04/2026 22:09

I don't think £250k would go far setting up a recruitment business from scratch. You've got loads of costs there - legal, insurance, content creation, payroll - and reserve funds because you'll pay your contractors before you get paid by the companies. Starting from nothing with £250k it just wouldn't happen.

Pascha's standout feature was her youth, and she has done exceptionally well for a 21 year old, but if you strip that out she was far behind Karishma in her performance.
