Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

Both Callum and Johnny Sausage would've been instructed in Fraud and Bribery Prevention , even more so on Blackmail as both of them would be very vulnerable
They know how Jack's involvement with corrupt villains resulted in Penny being targeted and run over .
Will Lexi be at risk -even though Callum broke into Tims house as Kathy kept telling him to "think of Lexi"

Tim did say something mean (but justified) about Lexi being a brat !

.

I still haven't forgiven penny for stealing Chelseas job years ago 😄

I liked what she said about not being considered for motherhood though, its true, shes not invisible and doesn't deserve to be treated as such

It must be hard for her to watch jack be an involved and protective dad over Ricky and Amy as well

mumofoneAloneandwell · 27/02/2026 15:54

Denzels hair looks much nicer like this

Yes, and when he didn't even think of her when working out who might be pregnant, as she's in a wheel chair so obviously isn't desirable enough to have sex. Appalling parent. He'd rather consider Lily than his adult daughter.

mumofoneAloneandwell · 27/02/2026 15:58

The evil gay guy is so hot, why is he pining after Johnny (a few eps behind). Now callum, i could understand 🤭

It was so horrible - jack is an awful awful sexy man honestly

mumofoneAloneandwell · 27/02/2026 16:02

Last thought, sorry for spamming the thread 😅

Vinny should wear tailored clothes, that outfit he wore when he finds out penny is pregnant makes him look like a child

I think he'll change outfits post pregnancy. His clothes reflect the fact has always been related as a kid by the Panesars I think, EE does a lot of clothes symbolism, uniforms, almost. So when he has to grow up, he'll get better togs.

Or I'm over analysing, of course!

the80sweregreat · 27/02/2026 16:08

Tim hates children and especially Lexi. He seemed keen on Callum once, all this with Johnny is either because of Ben ( he may be behind it ) or just revenge! Nasty character and now Johnny can’t bring himself to sleep with Callum. It’s definitely ruined them and Tim probably taped it all as well.

the80sweregreat · 27/02/2026 16:10

Agree that clothes are used subliminally on EE.
Penny may give him a makeover with some different clothes in time. He is slim enough to get away with wearing anything tbh.

the80sweregreat · 27/02/2026 16:12

I wish that Linda could wear some normal clothes! She’d look great in a nice pair of jeans and a top.
I know the pink and fancy clothes are her uniform though!

I don;t think Jack&Jack sees his daughter an undesirable or not in a mind to have a physical relationship . She has lived alone in Paris . She got together with Harry when she moved to the Square .
He probably thought she would be the sensible one .
Lily and Ricky are very young but seem to be coping . (With family help)
Chelsea already has Jordan and is working and trying to have as little as possible to do with Gray .
Even Denice and Phil had Ray after a drunken ONS .

Penny has only been with Vinny since New Year . They should be doing Valentines Dinners and weekends away . Now they'll be parents .
He knows she will need help to adapt and manage . Not because he doesn;t think she cannot cope or isn't mother material . But he knows how difficult it'll be ,
She is sassy , very stubborn and not always on the right side of the law ( planting the drugs on Lauren in Paris )
Maybe he thought (like Lauren did) that she didn't want children so why would his level headed opinionated daughter get pregnant with Vinny?
(In the cafe at New Year she said she was looking for some action and Vinny was there would she have looked at him twice if it wasn't New Year ?)

murasaki · 27/02/2026 16:17

That's being very kind to the rather thick and frequently misogynistic Jack.

ThisJadeBear · 27/02/2026 16:18

Caught up on a lot of recent episodes recently.
Bea is the reason I stopped watching it - she’s awful. Nails down a chalkboard awful.
The Chrissie/Jake stuff was like watching a pair of teenagers. I do like Chrissie to be fair.
Zoe still can’t act.
Ravi is riveting - takes over the screen.
What would Pauline think of Mark Junior bowling about like a Temu Kray Twin?
Caught up as I had to switch Corrie off - all that stuff with Bernie, George and the will, Shona’s sister…. yawn!!!

Sharon managed to extract herself from her leggings once ( I think when Ken was still around ) and wore a pair of straight legged jeans . She looked amazing .

Stacey must look at this minty shiny leggings and wonder if she can burn them though Wardrobe will have more pairs for continuity

Elaines shoes have no redeeming features though ! ,

murasaki · 27/02/2026 16:26

I swear I could write a thesis on the semiotics of EE clothes over the years, taking in Pauline's cardie, Pat's earrings, Zoe and Stacey's hoodies of depression, Phil's leather jacket, Linda's pink, Sam's suits etc.....

Poor Jack !
That Faaaaaaamily Dinner looked worse than them all getting together for wisdom tooth extraction without pain relief !

(At least if you went to Phil's - summoned to Phils - he'd have sorted out dessert ).

the80sweregreat · 27/02/2026 16:33

I liked Angie’s jackets. She always looked smart.
Pam st clement ( Pat) modeled her look and the earrings on a woman she once saw on a wet Wednesday on the bus apparently. Angie said hers was from her own relatives who always looked clean and tidy, hair done and so on.
With the Mitchell men it’s mostly Harrington jackets and the more thuggish look!

murasaki · 27/02/2026 16:34

And Teddy's 'I'm trying to go straight' jumpers.

Don't forget Nigel's cardi and Suki's handbag!
And of course the magic Dark Hoodie that immediately renders the wearer invisible when about to commit a misdemeanour... it's more powerful than Harry Potter's Invisibility Cloak!

mumofoneAloneandwell · 27/02/2026 16:38

Agree re the clothes having meaning @murasaki definitely not overanalysing x

And ravis hair being as dischevelled as his mental state 😄

They've fixed Denise's wigs now shes doing well in life

murasaki · 27/02/2026 16:39

We just need a research funder and we could do a collaborative project.

the80sweregreat · 27/02/2026 16:40

Jumpers! How I miss him and the jumpers slung round the shoulders look.
Nicola nearly always looks nice. She makes an effort.
Don’t like George’s flat cap much.
Zoe will probably end up wearing clothes more like Kat eventually.
Gina likes to show off her waist!
E laine’s hair looked bad yesterday, she could do with a makeover!
