Gemma Bissix recently returning to filming on Hollyoaks, and she plays a big part on that so it seems unlikely she'll return to EastEnders at the moment.

The BBC have confirmed that Claire is coming back

So in Mondays episode Penny leaves a pregnancy test packet in the shopping bag that Jack is sorting out. Suppose slightly different to the used tests chucked in the bin. But seriously!

Oscar tells Vinny penny is pregnant apparently.
They need to dispose of pregnancy tests a lot better than they do.

That's a lovely photo of Nigel and Clare, I'm glad she's back. As Grant and Clare are back Nigel's storyline must be nearing the end.

Another unplanned pregnancy? Can no one in Walford use contraception? So boring...

We all said that baby Ethan must be Pinny’s as nobody else really made sense ( unless it was Amy’s or Lily and that was a very long shot)
How he gets kidnapped along with Jimmy and rescued by Max ( assuming it is a kidnapping) is another mystery isn’t it. What happens there and why Ethan ?

Is that the original Claire? Julie’s son should also make an appearance really. I know he’s not Nigel’s bio son but surely he’d turn up to support Julie. Unfortunately I think he is called Josh which would result in a confusing name clash with Myson!

Usually "who has brought the pregnancy test" scenes, are tiresome, but today's one is funny, they've got good actors pulling it off. The Branning meal was done well

So many stories on the go today , but not sure why Linda didn’t tell Callum he was being set up.
Tim is a baddie then. No surprises there.
where were Jordon and Charli ? Upstairs I suppose and they are only small still arn’t they. Yet nobody really checked on them! Too busy finding pregnancy tests for more babies for the cupboard!
Oscar was annoying today and I’m a fan!

Today’s episode was really good. Oscar is great and should be given a binding 20 year contract so he can never leave. Looking forward to see what happens with Vinnie and Penny.

I can’t make complete sense of the Callum and Tim story, but it feels like the purpose is to give Callum an exit story.

I hope we see more of the currently underused Penny.

I was gritting my teeth at Oscar! He is upset about Jasmine , yet no reason to snipe at everyone else.
Pet ahh gone off clubbing and leaving Lauren with two children to put to bed! Mark looked interested in her today ..

Not sure where Amy is tbh! Maybe she was upstairs with Jordon and Charli ? She wasn’t at the dinner table , but maybe they ate in turns ? Lol
