I love the Eddie the Eagle film - I made my class watch it one year when sports day got rained off!

Anyone finding the whining drones really annoying on the slopes?

Is it really a team competition in the figure skating when some countries put the same couple in for both elements? Surely that’s just a rehearsal of the individual competition?

That looks like a horrible crash, you can question the wisdom of racing but I suppose it was very ‘last chance’ for her, hopefully it’s not too serious.

Chemmy thinks it’s serious as the stretcher wasn’t taken into the helicopter - that’s a bad sign apparently.

How horrible for Vonn.

The screaming was very distressing. What a sight just seeing her dangling from the helicopter. Fingers crossed for her.

So sad to see, but it was also madness for her to attempt it. Tough for the racers following her who would have been in the zone and now having to rebalance.
