Welcome to Thread 10 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

The story so far:

THANK YOU!

People this week have me thinking I'm going mad because the thought of Rachel winning makes me want to rip my own corneas out.

Why anyone would want the likes of Jade or Roxy to win is a puzzle to me. What have they ever really contributed?

I hated when the three dimwits won that series where none of them had a clue what was going on 99.99% of the time.

They only won because Keiren (sp) acted like a complete knob and outed Wilf. Even then they had to reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally think about it because he wasn't obvious enough for them!

I wish they'd stop having people connected to one another. I've found the endless speculation tedious and distracting from the game.

Yep.

I was not keen on Rachel at first as she seemed cold and ruthless but now I have warmed to her as I think she is just playing the game well and a kinder genuine person in real life. She is clever and in my opinion deserves to win. I think Stephen has only got as far as he has thanks to Rachel protecting him. I don't know if he deliberately chose not to understand what Rachel was saying last night or was not quick enough on the uptake...either way he doesn't deserve to win. Sam and Jade are my favourites of the remaining faithful. I am quite grateful to Sam for voting Matt out. Roxy is annoying but Faraaz needs to go to save Rachel.

I think it suits Stephen to withdraw from the 'pact' they made not to vote for each other.

I believe Rachel was just saying that the time has come where they can't sit back and say nothing about each other as their names are now being linked. She's absolutely right. Stephen knows this too but it suits him take a step back from her now. To give him the benefit of the doubt, it could be the way it was edited. Ultimately its a game though and the traitors end game is to win the prize fund by whichever means possible. I think Rachel has kept Stephen in the game and to double cross her now isn't morally right. But maybe that is why I'd be a crap traitor.

LindorDoubleChoc · 22/01/2026 16:28

I always want the traitors to win (well I've only watched the 4 UK series) - perhaps I'm evil!

dontcallmelen · 22/01/2026 16:31

Don’t know what to make of last night, Faaraz timing seems a bit off he has contributed virtually nothing then comes out all guns blazing if Rachel & Stephen don’t murder him they could make capital on how all a sudden he has become quite assertive so could cast suspicion that he is a traitor, will be a bit pissed off if Jack or Jade win they haven’t appeared to contribute very much.

CarminaBiryani · 22/01/2026 16:43

I literally feel like these people are my family members 🤣 Can't stop thinking about Rachel, Faraaz, Stephen etc. Getting ridiculous. Party is over on Sat 😭

NewAgeNewMe · 22/01/2026 16:43

I’m another who really dislike Leanne and Jake. Loved Alexander.

FishfingerFlinger · 22/01/2026 16:44

I've been thinking about Faraaz accusing Rachel.

I would be incredibly surprised if his argument (the Fiona-Rachel argument being traitor on traitor) wasn't raised by Harriet when she tried to prosecute Rachel at the roundtable, but we know that her argument didn't land.

Is anyone suddenly going to take notice of Faraaz mentioning it now?

IVotedForYourself · 22/01/2026 16:45

I can't even picture Jake!
Leanne was dubbed Army Barbie on here wasn't she?

CarminaBiryani · 22/01/2026 16:48

I don't think Rachel intends to cross Stephen, unless she saw him going into self destruct and can't save him.

My worry is Stephen can get led by what the group thinks, there's more faithfuls than traitors, if the faithfuls start to come for Rachel this close to the end...but he seems to have a pretty good ability to deter suspicion now.

It's undoubtable that he wouldn't have got so far without Rachel's loyalty, so I think he'd only turn if he felt there was no loyalty.

I felt Rachel was saying that she would have to start talking about him in the castle...which I get...but at the round table she would still defend him.

Jade did a good impression of being someone hearing it for the first time yesterday 🤣

CarminaBiryani · 22/01/2026 16:53

The speculation about relationships is a classic case of overthinking - you can believe any thought, it doesn't mean it's true.

PeonyPatch · 22/01/2026 16:59

Checking in for tonight. I think Faraz is a goner.

Absolutely, it’s bordering on ridiculous

CaveMum · 22/01/2026 13:13

Personally I think it’s completely understandable to want to end with just one other player.

To me, wanting to end the game with 3 people left is “Traitor Behaviour” - why wouldn’t you want to end the game with the minimum number of people unless you knew it didn’t make a difference because you (as a Traitor) will be taking it all.

Richard osman says it’s always in your interests to end the game with two players. Because as a faithful you can never really know, so you should up your odds of winning as much as possible. Advice they should have taken in the final of celebrity traitors!

ThatCyanCat · 22/01/2026 17:08

saltandvinegarchipsticks · 22/01/2026 17:03

Absolutely, it’s bordering on ridiculous

And it undermines a rather crucial element of the game; that these people are all strangers so they can't notice if someone isn't their usual self and they have this group experience right from the start of knowing each other for all of them.

There's only been one time it ever actually played out to anything significant anyway, in S1 when Thingy announced that Alex was his girlfriend so she couldn't be a Traitor. And tbh all that did was get him banished and upset the guy who had been interested in her, thinking she was single. Mostly, someone gets banished and on the way out reveals that so and so was their mother or boyfriend or whatever. Everyone gasps and... that's it!

I thought it was weird that Harriet didn’t say this too as I am sure she had said it prior to the day she was voted out. It seemed like an obvious reason to suspect Rachel which is why it is so staggering she hasn’t come under more suspicion. Harriet’s Rachel arguments to the group seemed very edited to me.

Handeyethingyowl · 22/01/2026 17:09

Fiona and Harriet seemed to really dislike Rachel too.

Paul Longleys week 3 traitors recap on Facebook is hilarious.

I think on Uncloaked Harriet said it was very edited, though Ellie said she didn’t find the argument clear/convincing.

Maybe Harriet mentioned it but didn’t make the case very well but given she is a former barrister it’s surprising it didn’t have an impact.

I think Faraaz is a smart cookie, and he seems to be the only one still in who's treating it as it should be played - as a game - and is keeping himself detached from becoming emotionally involved. We don't know that he's contributed nothing; most what goes on during each day ends up on the cutting room floor, unless it is immediately relevant to that day's episode.

It is probably a good thing that he's brought up Rachel now, otherwise he could well have been cannon fodder for this latest murder, and he'd have had no chance at all of telling people what he thought. So far he's been playing his cards close to his chest and now's the time to lay them on the table.

And, of course, he's 100% right in his suspicions.😂

Farraz could be Scarlett O Hara tonight

He's going to waltz in wearing a widely hooped, green sprigged muslin dress, shout, "As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again!" at the breakfast table and declare that tomorrow is another day?

I hope so.
