It’s interesting. I’m pretty active on threads but have a lovely curated corner that’s full of happy excited fans with little to no RPF weirdness or nastiness. X scares the shit out of me though so I stay well away.

To be fair the worst stuff is on x. I try to stay off it but updates often come there first.

There is a photo circulating online of Connor at Ilya today, he looks so good, I’m going to have to re-read TG to remember the scene they were shooting (it wasn’t a favourite book).

He looks good but I’m mourning those curls. Not sure if it fits his character? Though he’s Russian I guess and now looks even more Russian!

it’s interesting that they appear to be filming a scene that involves Tough Guy. I read that there was potentially a TG stand alone episode. Obviously Ryan and Fabian are important in the story, Shane has a bit of a moment if I recall when he sees Fabian sing.

i am fascinated to see how JT films all of this while still centering Shane and Ilya. Obviously we’ve seen Troy and Harris and that filming seems to be ongoing. Maybe there’s 2 production teams working at same time? Such a lot to do. Can’t wait to see it!!!

I remember our Fabian being on Britains got talent.

All of the couples in their own books have so many epic scenes that I am wondering how he will fit them all in!

There are some unsolicited pics flying around from on set. I am nostalgic for when the series and cast was unknown and we went in with limited expectations.

I am going to have to mute social media! It’s not about spoilers because I know the story but seeing snippets of the set etc kind of spoils the surprise. Plus the ongoing plot theorising is hurting my brain!

I’m doing a re-heat with a friend this afternoon. Really looking forward to it. I also really need to re-read the books as I’m getting to the stage now where I can’t remember what’s canon and what I’ve read in fanfics!

i see Connor has been mentioned in relation to yet another movie. With Javier Badem and Rebecca Ferguson. Booked and busy, I’d like to see Hudson get some good offers under his belt.brand deals are fine but he needs something more robust. Sadly Hollywood not the best for casting people of colour and there are very few Asian actors getting leading roles. I’d love to see him in a real blockbuster. He could definitely do it!

I loved seeing Connor at the Emmy’s on Sunday, he looked amazing. (He is back in Toronto already).

HR didn’t win at NTA’s but got a big cheer and it’s a great achievement to make the short list (and the clip they showed to represent the show was odd).

Ah thanks. Small role but significant. And actually a horrible person. Interesting to see him play that.

Have you read any by Tal Bauer? A lot are ice hockey based!

I've only read Gravity by Tal Bauer, but I found it to have too much hockey, and too much french (with no explanation as to what was said for the english-speaking monoglots).
