She isn't overly emotional and I do think people find it off putting she is also quiet and i think that puts people off. That isn't a dig at you just my thoughts.

A lot of unnecessary negativity for a final on here tonight. We won’t have this for 9 months and we won’t have Tess and Claud again (except the prerecord for Xmas) can everyone just enjoy it? Yes there have been better finals, not every year can be vintage!
