I can understand rooting for a couple, even one that's not meant to be, but I've been looking through the Byler subreddit and a couple of videos and it seems nuts to me.

They're absolutely insistent that Mike has been heavily queer-coded and if Mike and Will don't end up together it's an example of outrageous, homophobic queer-baiting...but the "clear examples" would be extremely tenuous even if they weren't repeatedly, plainly and obviously contradicted by the front-and-centre Mike and Eleven relationship and Will's struggles with the unrequited nature of his feelings.

It reminds me of conspiracy theorists.

Me and DD have just watched the last three episodes and are staying up for the finale. I felt those episodes were a bit flat so I hope the finale picks up.

it feels like Kali is up to something. Mike is not gay. Nancy will be single now they’ve split up, she doesn’t want Steve either.

I have thought for ages that El will have to sacrifice herself to save everyone as she knows she can never have a normal life, but we shall see….

I’m staying up! I’m so tired and really not sure if I’m doing the right thing and would enjoy it more tomorrow. But I’m more likely to have peace and quiet in the middle of the night so I’ve opted to stay up. Wish 1am would hurry up though so I don’t fall asleep!!

We're staying up! Although DH and I have had to twist the arms of the teens who are muttering about being tired. Kids these days 😂

Question please... I can't remember. When and how does Kali escape from Brenner? Did she survive the Hawkins lab massacre? Am i right that she knew Henry not just when he was assisting Brenner but before that when his powers were coming to light. We don't know what Kali knows. Also is her only power making people see things that don't exist, or can she do anything else? We also don't know what Henry could do before he was chipped or how he came to be in the first place.

Perfect ending for me too, although I’d have liked to have seen more of the govt stuff come to an actual conclusion - did they simply let them all go? What about all the pregnant women? A bit more Linda Hamilton really!

But overall, I thought it was superb!
