Asha took an overdose, as she has been depressed and low, but she's OK (physically.) Recently been attacked by a horrible racist woman who seems to have got away with it thus far!

Brody - Kit's son - is starting to become 'nice,' like (nearly) all the bad kids do!

Tim has just met up with a woman he knew from years ago... An ex flame I think. Sally is not happy!

Jenny has left!

Bethany is back! Lost her journo job. Again!

Todd is still in a bad, toxic relationship with Theo! Lego hair.

Lisa Swain's deceased wife Becky has risen from the grave! Threatening Lisa and Carla's relationship.

Kev's brother Carl enjoys having sex - with anyone really. Abi believes that Carl loves her. He doesn't!

Tyrone's not having a good time lately! He's in a bad way after being hit by a car.

Probably some more stuff going on that I've missed.

Doesn’t Lisa and Betsy realise Becky is pulling a fast one? If they really were thugs, they’d be in danger

Gary and Maria are in Bristol presumably with Gary's forgotten child. And Jack has now remembered his leg and gone to a camp. In school term.
I don't care about the Eva family and hope they go away. Mrs Doyle can stay.

So Becky's story is that the thugs are waiting patiently outside the house without a thought of breaking in ?

Just like she believes the nonsense Costello tells her without checking with her superiors,a solicitor or anyone else

She is absurdly gullible for a cop

Can Costello do us a favour and kill Becky like he killed Tia or supposedly killed Tia? I didn’t like the way Becky was scrolling through the socials, looks like she’s going to do something to Costello’s daughter

I'm honestly lost with the becky/lisa/Carla story. I donr know if it's just dull or unnecessarily complicated

If Carla and Lisa got married and then Becky turned up, what would happen? Is it still bigamy if you didn’t know your dead wife was still alive?

Where is undead Becky meant to be living? She doesn't seem too bothered about being spotted out and about around Corrie street where the love of her life lives, sitting in the Rovers etc. What a load of rubbish.

Speaking of living, where is Lauren living if Abi has just rented her old flat in the precinct for her, Carl and Alfie?

Becky needs to go in the ginnel. Nothing good ever happens in the ginnel.

I dozed off during the episode.
Woke up watching some young police people, thinking it was part of Swains life ,, realized the time and quickly turned over for BB !! 🤣🤣...

Do I need to rewatch this riveting episode or could some do me a quick synopsis ? !

I mean ...if it was Oscar winning performances from Carla and Lisa ,,I would watch ...but...🤔

I’ve given up on working out what’s going on with Costello & Becky. Are they goodies or baddies? I’ve no idea. They talk and I can hear them. but they might as well be talking gibberish for all I get from them.

I'm suspecting they're baddies, because they act like baddies.

What they've actually done is a total mystery though.

I meant when the family/rest of the street know., which (on reflection), will be the day of Suzie's graduation judging by how long the script writers love to spin a story out

@bizzey Liam and Will bunked off school. Ruby is Hopes bully for some reason. Abi is renting Lauren’s old flat and Becky has lied to the family and said the thugs were watching her flat so she decided to go to the house which has her daughter in because she’s supposedly in danger (she’s not in danger really). Costello told her if she doesn’t go back to Spain that he’d kill her like he killed Tia and Becky was looking at Costellos daughter on socials

The writers seem to be tying themselves in knots with the Becky back from the dead story. None of it makes any sense and each twist is more ridiculous than the last. Beyond ludicrous.

I could see Ruby's point. Fiz barely even speaks to her and even then it is all about 'The Girls'

I agree with this. I really wish someone would kill off Undead Becky. I am so sick of her face now. And like some other posters, I can't believe Lisa Swain fell for the 'there's bad men after me, can I stay here?' line. 🙄 Also, why did Carla let her stay? If these men were outside in the street, surely Carla would have vetoed it, and said 'no way!'

@SabreIsMyFave I’m guessing Carla wanted to say that but didn’t want to look bad in front of Betsy and Lisa. Also, who can pack up and move to places like Spain on a whim apart from in soaps?

The story lines just can't fill an hours episode.

It’s not your concentration, don’t worry. It’s the storylines that don’t capture our attention so hopefully the “power hour” will help lol

Anyone else thinking bring back Peter Barlow? He can wear his dressing gown of doom, do a jigsaw…drink a bottle of whiskey, no, scratch that idea…just come back, spark that fire between you and Carla, sweep her off her feet, and Betsy, Becky and Swain can bore off into the sunset for good.
