There’s time! I’ve certainly learned that Djokovic always loses the first set. I think that’s him waiting it out before pulling out the full effort, a lost set is a lost set no matter how much you sweat so might as well wait until later, especially given his age! I’m sure perspectives here differ 😁

Most of the empty seats are in the area that’s been in direct sun all afternoon. It’s absolutely brutally hot.

That probably makes a lot of sense- I've been at Wembley where my seats were in direct sunlight at one end for the whole time- and it was the most uncomfortable experience. .

This is totally one sided so far, Jannik is pretty much unplayable.

This is really not as interesting as the first semi final

I think a lot of people go to Wimbledon on a freebie or to be seen as it’s part of the ‘season’ - it is a bit rubbish when proper fans have to go through the tortuous ballot and pay £££ for their tickets

I was going to say something else as well but it’s too hot and I’ve forgotten!

There are some matches when one sided is completely acceptable.

Fizzy true - it's all part of the British 'summer' - so many famous people who will get to go to various events that they have no interet in, but it all about networking, and being 'seen' .

I'm sure a lot of money is spent on their behalf somewhere. But it still grates a bit.

He had them at a previous tournament- they are cooling mitts. The commentators thought he had come up with someting really amazing. They look like oven gloves. I'm waiting for him to forget to take them off.
