Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

JR was giving me Ozzy vibes in his glasses. Loved Paloma wearing her winners dress on unlocked.
Charlotte has always been fond of her cleavage, I said to DH who obviously hadn't noticed she would give Victoria Coren-Mitchell a run for her money.

I am reading “The first star to leave Celebrity Traitors… “ but we know who that is. We wouldn’t have needed the warning in that case, so I’m not sure who will be on.

Meanwhile JR is on Classic FM. I don’t know if he will say anything about the programme.

They said first to leave, so will be Paloma. No way the Beeb will spoiler their own program. Although they have said spoiler again so I switched over. Maybe spoiler if you are watching behind?

I don’t watch the One Show but surely it would have been Paloma on there and no one else I hope

In fairness if I had a splendid bust I would have it on display.

Richard Osman said that whereas other Celeb reality shows have loads of downtime that is filled with talk about home, relationships etc (which is often the attraction of the show), on Traitors it's the plotting and alliances that are key, so pretty much all the personal stuff (which would include the charities) are edited out. I would agree that it's likely that will replace the "what will you do with the money" dinner party at the end, if that happens...

I can’t remember who asked about when they filmed the ‘diary room’ stuff but I’m guessing it’s when they are sitting about the place between the task and the round table.

I really like Kate, she comes across as a nice, strong woman who be has been through alot. Tom seems really bitchy in an underhand way.

I think the less said about charities at this stage the better, I'd hate for it to turn into 'we can't murder xxx because they're playing for such a good charity'. Which is a shame in some ways because I know in these cases a lot of celebs will play for smaller charities and the publicity would be great for them, but I think it would just get in the way of the gameplay and I want to see murder, backstabbing and ridiculous theories not a charity advert.

Although, hopefully most celebs will use the extra attention from the Traitors audience to publicise their chosen charity on their social media.

I love Paloma. She is hilarious and a bit unhinged, in a good way.

The way he's singled her out and his reasons for it are not making him look good. At this stage of the game anyone who is gunning for someone as a traitor with 100% conviction always comes across as being vindictive, because it's nearly always based on a personality trait they don't like rather than any actual 'evidence'.

I'm new to Traitors and this show has made me laugh so much. It's pantomime. Alan Carr is bloody hilarious and Mark Bonnar is quite the silver fox.

I really like Cat so far, she’s vey articulate and calm.

I’m hoping we see more bonkers-ness from Lucy Beaumont, I’ve always found her really funny. I guess a lot of editing goes on.

I think Kate will be voted out. Followed by Tom.

Oh, and about the contestants knowing how it finishes….they don’t, well they don’t on the civilian version anyway. I heard interviews with people who went out early being shocked when it was revealed that Diane was Ross’s mum. They had a group WhatsApp chat but they weren’t allowed to talk about anything until after the episode aired.

I’ve watched The One Show now, and it is safe. I’ve no idea why we had a spoiler warning as the person we see is the one we already know has died.

It’s almost worth watching because of the interesting way she was dressed. She said she had taken 6 suitcases of clothes to wear on the programme. 🥲

Tbf, it was like a year and a half ago - it wasn't "recent" as such. I'm not saying she should be "over it", but it's not still raw, iyswim

I can’t stand Paloma, her voice is annoying and she keeps moaning about being killed, it’s a game ffs. She acts all innocent but didn’t she bully Natalie Cassidy terribly while they were at school together. I’m loving Cat and Jonathan. Alan is an awful traitor but so entertaining and fun. Some really good celebrities they have selected. I’m loving it.

Did anyone else watch the second Uncloaked (with Paloma) and barely recognise Frankie from the last series?! She has had a ‘glow up’ and looks super different. I thought she looked lovely before TBF.

Yes. She's done weird stuff to her face.
She looked so much better before. Now she looks like Nicole Kidman.

Also here for the Mark Bonnar love, I’ve thought he was such a good actor for years! If you haven’t watched the show Guilt give it a go he is excellent in it he’s my secret celeb crush!
Loving JR and his Alan, can you say a few words line he’s really hamming it up it’s great!
Shame but it had to be Paloma couldn’t see Alan being able to be this close to anyone else as they are good friends and it’s easier to touch her face casually but you could tell she was seriously annoyed in the after show and she would have been good in the show if she’d lasted longer she’s funny.
