Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

Alan makes me laugh so much but suspect he will be a terrible traitor-maybe he can hide in plain sight?
Hope the others don't turn on him and kill him 💀

I think Alan did well with killing Paloma because it shows that he has the mettle and grit. The others might well have cause to fear him. Every person for themselves. To add Cat and JR might just unite with Claire B to put heavy suspicion on Alan.

Kate is a quite theatrical at times I guess , but it’s just her personality isn’t it! I’ve always liked her and she hasn’t had it easy in her personal life , but she keeps going and she seems the decent sort.
Alan is already a ‘ meme’ , it’s certainly cheered me up ( even if it is all a bit silly sometimes!)

Tom clearly doesn’t like Kate. She is larger than life at times , yet he doesn’t have a problem with the likes of Alan or JR being like it.
Jonathon was sneaky wearing his shades. Easier to hide behind the sunglasses and not let people see your eyes !

Tom is a misogynist. He only likes women when they are paid to carry babies for him.

I did wonder if the funeral/ coffins were difficult for Kate and she was trying hard not to show it?

He was one of the celebrity sitters having their portrait painted yesterday on a new episode of Sky Portrait Artist of the Year.

I watched that episode (paoty) either yesterday or the day before, then watched both traitors episode last night, yet it didn’t even click about rugby guy until you said that! Can’t believe I didn’t notice that! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

tom does not come across as being very nice. I want him banished not murdered. just to see his face.

I think Claud is taking the mick a bit now with the clothes. She’s well aware of the hype around her wardrobe and has received billions of fingerless gloves. In the first series she was wearing striking outfits with certain key elements and IMHO she’s crossed the line into comedy for this series. I would have to go back and check but the boots on Day One seemed to have chaps attached, like when kids ride in ankle boots.

I watched them last night and was wondering about the boots and if I’d seen what I thought seen, as they looked so odd, but then I got this email from Debenhams this morning with these on (must remember to attach photo! 😆), they look like what I thought Claudia’s boots were like. What do you think?

(eta: yes, I did forget to attach it!)

the80sweregreat · 10/10/2025 12:07

Yep, Tom is coming across badly I’m afraid.

the80sweregreat · 10/10/2025 12:09

Tom being banished would be good!
Paloma was funny on uncloaked. They really don’t have much idea at this stage who is a traitor !

Itsasecretnow · 10/10/2025 12:09

Ah, you can’t add a photo when editing a post @ChoccyJulesthese boots…

I thought that too to be honest-a bit grim for her

the80sweregreat · 10/10/2025 12:10

I found the coffin scenes a bit worrying.
It is all very macabre.

CarefulN0w · 10/10/2025 12:13

I guess Kate has probably interviewed Tom in the past. I wonder if she didn’t worship him enough. I mean, yes she’s OTT but a) it’s not a new thing and b) so are half the cast.

I wondered whether Kate would be triggered by the funeral scenes, I'm sure I would be.

I can't wait to see his face when Kate reveals she's a faithful (I assume she'll be voted out because even I think she's acting suspiciously).

JaneJeffer · 10/10/2025 12:54

Oh I loved the funeral (Irish Grin) I did think it might be upsetting for Kate but then I thought the others could have had bereavements we’re unaware of too. I like Kate - she was lovely on IACGMOOH. I didn’t know anything about her previous to that.

If Tom gets Kate banished then he’s going to come under suspicion for being so vehement that she was a traitor.

I wondered that too but the whole show is about death and murder and the others would have suffered loss too.

I’ve always liked Jonathon Ross. He is an Essex boy ( one reason !!) plus also flawed and willing to hold his hands up to things his done that were not his finest hour!

He's a Leytonstone lad, East London! (I'm precious about this because I live in Leytonstone)

AnAlpacaForChristmasPleaseSanta · 10/10/2025 13:15

I realllllyyyy hope that this is what happens. Seeing him get the smug look knocked off his face when he learns his "knowledge" that Kate is a traitor is wrong followed by the blow to his ego by getting banished would be epic.

the80sweregreat · 10/10/2025 13:23

Oh, I thought Jonathon Ross was an Essex boy. My bad ( and I’ve read one his books years ago too ! Should know better )

Yes I’m hoping for this too.

Your point about his epicness still stands though. I smiled last night when he told Alan to cheer up over murdering Paloma and play the game. He's treating it with exactly the right amount of seriousness and humour.

My mum's funeral was a few weeks ago, it didn't trigger me in the slightest

Agree about the epicness - he's coming across as fab in this

FrothyCothy · 10/10/2025 13:57

I did laugh at Joe Wilkinson at breakfast laughing to himself about how seriously he was taking it all. He’s usually quite off the wall and I can find his humour a bit marmite but am liking him in this.
