I agree about Yolanda's wigs but Sharon herself has been wearing some questionable wigs of late too

I am 100% hoping this happens. I know Sonia is leaving and I really want them to kill her off dramatically rather than just have her move to Milton Keynes or Spain or something.

Also, Yolanda saying about Jack, "He should have kept his hands off Stacey's baps" killed me tonight. It really made me chuckle.

Took me a while to figure out Shumpers it's Sharon and Teddy's nn together. Teddy gets called Jumpers by mnetters because he's always got a jumper slung around his neck!

Actors sometimes leave, then discover it's much better having a regular soap job , but maybe years of playing Sonia from age 9 and shes just fed up with it all and may never return.
The Stacey's baps reference made me chuckle too.! More humour is good.
I love a slanging match , they have so many skeletons these characters they rattle and could be there all day reeling off the bad things they have all done historically! It was funny with Ravi and Jack.

I missed the ' crispy bacon ' reference re Bernie ! lol
I like Priya , she is funny and gorgeous and not as bad as we first thought she might become !
I'd love to see her do more.

Jean was told before Christmas that the Bank couldn't recover her money for her.
I feel it was short storyline just to warn people about fraudulent phone calls and scams and although people were sympathetic towards her , it didn't really raise that much awareness tbh.
She hasn't been in it much lately.

Natalie has had a couple of breaks before but I certainly won't miss Sonia this time round.

I love Priya, she is a great character.

I would question Ravi's 'loyalty'. He is loyal to whoever suits him best at the time. I do like Ravi but the Denise storyline is not doing him any favours. Dee said what we'd all been thinking, that Ravi was a good secret bunk up but not a long term relationship.

Never mind a sandwich, Bianca has had nothing to drink for about a fortnight. The dolls house outing Reiss is a nice touch but they need to get on with it now.

Steve McF is fantastic in his storyline. I am guessing when Grant arrives it will seem like a hallucination.

The scene where Phil was showing out his visitor ( Amelia? ) and Sharon heard her say "Don;t worry it happens a lot to men your age" was SO not Phil.

No way would Phil engage a Sex Worker and surely "Don;t worry , you;ve just been discharged from hospital after falling a height onto concrete and spending the night on a cold floor" would be correct .
Maybe this is one of Phil's manifestations of his illness ? Being so out of character .

The actor who plays Chelsea was in Waterloo Road and got into a fight with another pupil .

Amelia was definitely there because Sharon saw her and in the next episode Shaz talks to Phil about her (which I thought was really overstepping). Amelia didn't know anything about his injuries.

I thought it was weird that he had actually called the sex worker though, he doesn't seem to want to interact with anyone at all. I suppose it is meant to show additional desperation and humiliation.

Amelia was real , but Phil wouldn't ordinarily do this .
Maybe he's a bit jealous that Nigel is paired up with Norma .
Though Normas's friend , don;t know if she liked Phil or not . He was a grumpy git on the Double Date

Kat has moved on. Sharon has moved on. Denise wasn't a relationship. Kathy wouldn't touch Phil with someone else d**k .

He's bereft .

It's all part of the depression/psychosis.

Bianca is sitting in the Vic with Sonia, she looks tiptop, not like someone who spent three months locked up by a madman.

Agree with everyone else that Steve Mcfadden is doing a terrific job. I also think Patsy Palmer is too. God knows how someone would cope with those conditions for 4 months I think it is close to being.

I never though about the doll's house possibly giving the game away. REALLY hope it does!

Looking forward to Ross Kemp returning. I know he has gone on to much bigger and better things but always loved him as Grant.

If Reiss does die in a car chase I really hope he runs into Jumpers and his family - including Nicola. Unbearable, unbelievable family IMO and how on earth Sharon could fancy him defies belief, (Unless it his seemingly bottomless pockets.)🤮

The FlashBack will be interesting , Phil 2025 Edition looking back at his life back then.

It will be interesting what is revealed .

Overuse of the word Interesting

The one who played Phil was equally good

@Shellingbynight thanks for looking at the pics from anniversary week - I'm not going to look but I'm so relieved to hear that Bianca has escaped, it's been such an unpleasant storyline and really so dark. Made me realise I actually am quite fond of Bianca and would have been really upset if she got killed off at this point in such a horrible way.

Phil is indeed a wonderful actor and has such presence in every scene I think.

I agree the Bianca kidnap was horrible, it is so good to see her outside. I'm really fond of her too. I hope she and Sonia go away somewhere together.

Linda is looking lovely too, there is a pic of her with Phil.

I wonder what they are going to do with the Vic now. I hope it doesn't change too much.
