Anyone watching? Just watched episode 1. Pretty good and I'm intrigued.

I tuned in expecting a standard thriller along the lines of Scandal but then that was quite the twist! Am intrigued to see how it all pans out and what the backstory is.

Started watching this because I adored Dan Fogelman's previous show This Is Us and though it couldn't be more different, I'm hooked 😁

Great that there is a thread as meant to start one .

I do think it is really good and very gripping . Great twist at the end of episode 1 which I didn't see coming .

Episode 4 - came out today was also really good . Won't spoil if anyone reading and haven't watched -but you were convinced that one of the character was an out and out baddie , but it was so much more nuanced than that .

Just checked and it is 8 episodes long . Evening standard review only gave it 2 out of 5 stars which I thought was a bit mean , but didn't read in full so not sure how many episodes seen .

Would much prefer to watch it at my own pace ie binge watch it - not least because I can't remember what I am watching and in what platform from week to week ....

Also really enjoying this having not even heard about it in advance. Episode 1 was really good and then the twist made it great. Hope most people get to see it without spoilers. Loving how it twists and turns and flashes back just enough. I did guess the episode 4 end twist a scene or two before it happened but still good. I would like it all at once to enjoy this weekend too.

I have an idea how it will end but I could be completely wrong.
I really like it, I don't watch much telly as I find it so slow and boring so this is perfect for me.

The opening, with Byron's Darkness being recited over what you realise is footage of the Washington Monument, was one of the best scenes yet.

MAJOR SPOILER

Just finished episode 5. I was surprised how much we learned. Any other This is us fans start
watch to see Sterling Brown? And another familiar face as Cals dad. Who despite the scene with Jeremy seems like a despicable person. Samantha is a psycho, looking forward to more. I had just finished Silo on Apple TV so this is a completely different take on living underground.

Really wish I could binge this. Currently watching the most recent episode….imagine if everything above is ok. It’s giving me the flavour of the Wool trilogy books and living in the underground silos.

I am loving this. The twist totally blindsided me! I did notice some weird things in the first episode such as how they listened to music but didn't connect them together

I think Presley has the tablet because she was there that night. Billy mentioned she joined them sometimes for their Wii games nights
