Anyone watching?

Just watched episode 1. Pretty good and I'm intrigued.

Started this last night. Only watched the first episode. So they have built an underground city under the big mountain? He lives there with the president and his children? How is the president running the country if he's underground. Will all be revealed? It's a good first episode. Draws you in !

All will become (a little more) clear. Each episode reveals more with a twist.

Going to watch Ep6 and then may leave 7 to watch Eps 7 & 8 together.

Anyone having trouble playing episode 6? I've tried 4 times now, it starts with the ads and then the screen just goes black, not even the whirring circle loading thingy.

@monicagellerbing , I watched it yesterday but I do find Disney plus quite annoying, try clicking on the home page image of paradise rather than scrolling down to continue watching.

Took me 20 minutes to get this week's episode to actually play!

Mind blown by yesterday's episode, I can't even begin to imagine how it will end!

@tennissquare great thanks for the tip I'll try that. It's so glitchy it's horrendous, funny how it never glitches when the adverts are on however!

Sterling Brown confirmed on Instagram this morning that season 2 is coming so I don't reckon we'll get many answers in the next 2 episodes.

I hate it when they do that. It would be perfect done and dusted in 8 episodes. Now it's going to be another Lost or Manifest.

I don't know, Dan Fogelman is very clever and based on how artfully he finished each season of This Is Us, I reckon he'll pull this off too. I think there'll be enough of a resolution that if Season 2 didn't drop, it wouldn't finish on a disappointing cliffhanger but Season 2 will fill in the gaps and give a more satisfying conclusion.

Really enjoying it, and ‘Randall’ is looking fiiiiiiine.

DH thought we were getting secret agent japes but as soon as it became obvious that it was dystopian I've been able to predict every single thing which has happened (I've read a lot of that genre!).

There are two threads going about this, so it's a tad confusing. I thought tonights episode was absolutely brilliant

The drama in episode 7 was unreal! Is she actually alive and is Presley OK? Roll on next week!

Yes episode 7 was intense.

He was wrong to do the live speach, it could have been done later on.

I still don't know if Sinatra is a monster /evil or just doing what is best for the remaining people to keep them safe. (Obviously she is sort of bad but she and others paid to build this safe haven and they had no idea cal could do what he did)

I assume the murder will be solved in episode 8. I think it's cal senior, arguing over access to the tablet and he can't remember it.

Watched episode 7 last night . Was very good and also very thought provoking .

I think Cal is an interesting character as he appears initially very superficial but then seems to have a decent core . Also interesting history with his father .

It reminds you that all these people in power are just people and their first thought in such a scenario is for their loved ones .

Can't imagine the present White House incumbent being concerned for his people and trying to do what was best for everyone , rather than just looking after himself . Hopefully we won't get to find out what choices he would make !!!

I am always intrigued by those who would literally take a bullet in the line of duty as Xavier did in an earlier episode.

I was binge watching this and didn’t realise it wasn’t all out yet , it finished episode 6 then immediately played another episode, which was totally different and I thought that’s odd it must be a flashback then 10 minutes later realised it had gone into a new series, The Old Man 😂😂

I looked it up and see there are 2 more episodes so will wait until next week is out and watch both.

it’s brilliant. I’m also watching Zero Hour which is good too with De Niro.

I think cal doesn't have much of a decent core- he didn't bother with his assistant who had a disabled child. I think he always wants to do the right thing but instinctively does the showy thing so doing the live speech even though he knew it would cause chaos

That was the most gripping tv I've watched in ages. Was brilliant.

Episode 7 is great TV.

Combined with episode 8 it's amazing TV! Can't wait for season 2.

Just finished it and loved it! Off to google possible season 2 release dates. No spoilers, but has anybody done or come across a kind of events timeline for the series?
