Just reading what Joe said what his tactics would be, and he said if he suspected someone was a traitor he'd try to befriend them. Well he certainly didn't do that with Kasim, did he?

I'd imagine whatever strategy you thought you had would go straight out the window as soon as you got there!

Having a punt that the Vicar is Francesca's mum, and Freddie is her grandson. The first 3-way!

I saw Vicar and Freddie together and thought he was her grandson. Just the way they were together.

Think you might be onto something with Freddie and Lisa. He came in and gave her a kiss on the cheek in tonight’s episode which I was thinking looked very familial at the time!

I saw that and she spoke to him like he was very close to her as well.

Itisjustmyopinion · 08/01/2025 23:49

As others have said there is definitely a Mean Girls “you can’t sit with us” vibe this year that I am not liking

Started with Dan (I am sorry but autistic or not he is a dick) and his I am not a team player in the missions even though that’s the point to Tyler who is completely shit stirring and then goes against his own strategy

Interesting that Maia said when she found out Minah was a Traitor, oh I thought it was her at the beginning but then I forgot she existed 😂

Tricho · 08/01/2025 23:51

I think this will be the last series.

The gameplay itself is far too personal now and to be honest the vitriol being put on social media about members of the cast is absolutely disgusting. A good number of them will regret going on this show i think.

This is why we can't have nice things

Stirabout · 08/01/2025 23:51

I’m glad im not the only one that didn’t know there was an Anna. And now I’m reading there’s a Jake🤯….. wondering if I’ve been asleep for all the episodes.

In terms of recruiting I wouldn’t go for Fozia, or at least I dont think Minah would want her as she’s already coming off as a strong person.( perhaps it’s best to have the strong unknowns onside ? ) I do think Freddie might be a better choice though for Minah

Any one else irritated by Linda’s lack of contribution as a Traitor, she has nothing to say for herself and nothing to offer……I’d really like her to go.

happinessischocolate · 08/01/2025 23:52

But she said she thought it was Minah when they were on the train 🤷‍♀️ Minah wasn't a traitor then

The one we've seen next to nothing of is Alex, Scottish, almost certainly a transman. Never seen in the solo pieces to camera in the leather armchair. Next episode's scapegoat?

Yes, Alex, Leon, Anna and to a lesser extent Lisa. None of them seem to have had much airtime, it is odd.

Oh I missed the comment about the train. That is pretty stupid!!!

I don't think it's a good idea to recruit Fozia as a traitor, as she's so new, she doesn't know people and hasn't sussed out the group dynamics yet. She does seem very smart and likeable though.

On Twitter, Kasim is an absolute hero for his final speech, I think he'll come away from this with a lot of respect in real life whereas Joe is going to get a lot of grief. He's so arrogant, he can't see how much he's potentially damaging his reputation. ( just just been listening to an audiobook about just how many pp have killed themselves after being on Reality TV, and it's shocking, so I'm particularly aware of the real life consequences for pp on these shows at the moment!)

Clafoutie · 08/01/2025 23:58

Does anyone else sometimes forget that we know who the traitors are, and suddenly start thinking ‘ooh, it is ( e.g.) Anna ‘ or whoever? 😆

The comments about Joe On twitter are unhinged it's fucking gross.

intrepidgiraffe · 08/01/2025 23:58

@Tricho they're already advertising for applicants for the next series

Katbum · 09/01/2025 00:06

Weird imo to recruit rather than murder. Recruiting puts the traitors who are not under any scrutiny right now, in a risky position as they have another person who now knows who they are and could risk exposing them.

The only way a new recruit could expose them would be to out themselves as a Traitor, nobody is going to do that.

If the person they ask doesn’t want to accept it they don’t have to.

Lentilweaver · 09/01/2025 00:21

Catching up. What a humourless charmless bunch of men they have this year. Plus some crybabies like Freddie. Though Alexander appears to have some charm.
Kas was the only one with any charisma. Glad he went out with a twinkle and with dignity. Though I do wish he had fought back.
Minah is so brilliant and funny. Could br the best traitor ever.

Why is everybody crying so fucking much?

ThePolarBearWhoLostHisCrown · 09/01/2025 00:26

Another placemark while I catch up 😄

TheUsualChaos · 09/01/2025 00:28

These threads move fast!

Kas - best exit ever, love how he made Joe feel stupid and it wound him up a treat. Kas left with the upper hand there.

Linda - basically coasting along with Minah doing the steering but I don't mind cos I like them both and they seem to get each other.

Joe and Dan - urgh. At this point I don't care who wins as long as it's not one of those two. And, no Dan, being autistic is not a free pass to be an arsehole. He was a bit creepy with Anna too 🤮

Appalonia · 09/01/2025 00:31

Some bright spark on X noticed the music that was playing while the traitors were making their decision who to recruit...

I hsve taken a deep dislike to whiny Joe. Whining about Kas' speech after he had gone on and on about his toast.

scotsbud · 09/01/2025 00:32

Linda's
contribution in the traitors tower = "exactly", "100%' , "yes", "absolutely"

If the person they ask doesn’t want to accept it they don’t have to.

But a new recruit such as Fozia could legitimately start planting seeds without suspicion as she would naturally do as a smart, gobby new faithful

JaneJeffer · 09/01/2025 00:36

The only person I like is Minah. The rest of them are annoying.

viques · 09/01/2025 00:38

Shhhh, creeping into the new thread under cover of darkness. Ouch, who left that chair there?

Choccyscofffy · 09/01/2025 00:38

JessicafelloffTheKnappett · 08/01/2025 23:45

I'd imagine whatever strategy you thought you had would go straight out the window as soon as you got there!

But they all keep banging about it’s a game and how Kas is a great guy, so even if they think it’s Kas, why make him feel like they don’t want to talk to him. They made him feel isolated which is awful.
