I don’t understand why Anna didn’t tell everyone that the traitors tried to seduce her. Imagine dropping that bombshell at breakfast time.

Because either they won't believe her and will banish her, or they will and the Traitors will kill her for exposing their plan, discouraging future recruitment and fixing it so she won't get banished.

People will be on the lookout for "murder in plain sight" actions now, though.

Yes, I can’t imagine how they’d get away with that one?

Well now I know!

RealHousewivesOfTaunton · 10/01/2025 22:14

Thread 4, still not banished.

beautyandTVisgoodenoughforme · 10/01/2025 22:17

I don’t think you can do another 40

RealHousewivesOfTaunton · 10/01/2025 22:17

You're probably correct.

As someone said upthread, they don’t seem that bothered about the prize fund, more about the shields. They were more obsessed about the money last year.

Unless I missed it, don’t they usually go into an armoury-type room to collect the shields?

Is that because they prefer to last as long as possible to get exposure for a media career, rather than going home with the cash?

JaneJeffer · 11/01/2025 01:05

@dapsnotplimsolls will you manage to finish this one? 😂

Haven’t RTFT as I’m still catch up with some of the end of episode 6 and don’t want to see spoilers but just on here to say again wow this cast are reaaally taking it personally aren’t they?

I haven’t watched a whole UK traitors from start to finish before so I don’t know if this is the norm but I’m finding this way more draining than the Australian one I just watched last week. And a bit toxic too!

It’s giving me bad vibes but I’ll probably carry on watching it as I’m a bit invested now but I won’t watch the UK traitors again if they’re always like this. The Australian seemed to understand more it is a bloody game.

Absolutely love Minah’s game, think she’s an absolute queen but she’s losing her crown a bit getting so ruffled over Dan, and being so outraged he lied despite the fact she’s lying to him. That said it’s maybe worked in her favour since he was going to be on to her very soon! He had figured out someone close to him was protecting him.

Linda’s acting at the breakfast table was hilarious 😭🤣 highlight of that episode lol it was the fact she thought she was so convincing but it made her look guilty

Just bumping this post

So it’s edited to show Armani doing all the talking, and Linda agreeing so comments dislike them for that, but Minah is likeable for both reasons as well. Linda starts trying to manipulate, and she’s over reacting. I didn’t see her questioning Fozia and telling Lisa like that, I thought she was being clever and trying to get ahead of Fozia’s accusation. It’s so interesting how we all see things differently. Livi is a mum of a young child I think some of the comments on here have been too harsh and personal, though I agree the behaviour from the click-cleek -clique is bullying. Storming out of rooms and not speaking to someone is what people mean by Love Island TOWIE vibes.

The show is putting less effort into the missions probably because people say it’s the bit they’re least interested in, but for me the show loses substance without it and I might as well be watching Selling Sunset he said she said

I agree that some of the comments are a bit harsh, and a bit silly to assume you know everything about someone from a VERY edited TV show - as audiences we should be fully aware of how unrealistic so called 'reality' tv can be now.

But why is it relevant that she has a young child - are you saying it would be fine to say nasty things about her if she was childfree?

Several of the contestants have young children, and tbh if anything older children would be 'worse' because they could hear comments in the playground or look online themselves and see what was being written about their parent. A 3 year old isn't going to have a clue!

beautyandTVisgoodenoughforme · 11/01/2025 19:46

Yeah I did follow up my post later, this thread moves very fast. Whether or not she has a child doesn’t make the comments more harsh and I wasn’t saying that. Mumsnet is usually people with young kids or came here with young kids. That’s why I mentioned it here, to do with the context of where the discussion. I wasn’t making a specific point about it, joining in the general chat that was relevant after Thursday’s episode.

beautyandTVisgoodenoughforme · 11/01/2025 19:50

Though I am finding it funny I’ve been asked a few times what’s the relevance of her being a mum on a website that has mumsnet emblazoned at the top

beautyandTVisgoodenoughforme · 11/01/2025 20:01

I’m over there, hope this thread isn’t still going when we start #5

But parental status is completely irrelevant to this particular TV show, surely? Other than Frankie being everyone’s mum

beautyandTVisgoodenoughforme · 11/01/2025 20:08

Yes irrelevant to the tv show, relevant to posts and comments made by people on a website called
mumsnet. I’m over explaining it now but I guess it is a way to fill up the thread. In my original post I was just mentioning it as detail, not really making a point about her having a child. The thread moves very fast and there was discussion about Livi after Thursday’s cliffhanger.

ViolinsPlayGentlyOn · 11/01/2025 20:10

But you don’t need to be a parent to talk about The Traitors, or to post here? So I’m not seeing the relevance.

We're on 700+ posts into thread 4 if you want to come over and join us 😀

Bumpity bump. We're over heeeerrrrrre!

latetothefisting · 12/01/2025 13:37

I know there was a fourth thread for the show but I'd find it weird and a bit creepy essentially continuing an argument about a specific point onto there, plus you can't quote onto a new thread.

I still don't understand what the relevance was or why there was any need to "mention as a detail" Liv's status as a mum but don't want to derail a new thread.

JessicafelloffTheKnappett · 12/01/2025 16:42

Maybe stop arguing with randoms on the Internet 🤔

Come join the fun on thread 4 (nearly 5).
