I feel underwhelmed and I'm unsure why.

I really hope not! She is one of the most complex and interesting characters the show has had in a long time. (Plus EastEnders have done the death-on-wedding-day and death-on-New-Year's-Day tropes to, erm, death! 😆)

I hate the way they portray the abuse storylines on Eastenders, first Chantelle and now Suki - it’s too painful to watch! It feels exploitative.

Suki landed on Nish so she won't be dead.

How did Nish know which room they would be in etc?

if it went how i hope, he'll have under-dosed eve, suki will be fine.

Security in that hotel was as bad as the day Ronnie and Roxy had access to a swimming pool at midnight !

YES! You've perfectly articulated exactly what I was feeling. Plus we know that in real life, abusers don't always get their just desserts, but I wish they showed more examples on screen where they do (like Little Mo finally breaking Trevor's hold over her).

What would be the poison that is tasteless, odourless and kills with just a few drops diluted in alcohol? It's a bit Hercule Poirot.

Yes! I literally shouted "no, don't leave him with Vinny!" at the TV.

They can't possibly be going with yet another person dying on their wedding day, can they? Eve was clearly breathing and Suki looked like she landed on Nish.

I just realised how that scene recalled the scene where Ravi held Barney over the railway bridge because he thought he had assaulted Avani! And when the police came to investigate everyone denied it even though they had all witnessed it. I wonder what will happen with Nish, will Ravi be jailed for his murder?

They will all say that Nish jumped I suppose ?

I can only assume it's because there's no signal inside whether Nish was, but seriously - Vinnie?!
Send Vinnie out to make the call FFS.
Only Vinnie could be overpowered by a man who's been on his deathbed for months!

The only positive thing to take from this is that we know Nish is now properly dead dead, and not dying-but-manages-to-execute-a-Line-of-Duty-stylee-breakout-and-goes-into-hiding-for-weeks-eluding-the-police-and-JackandJack!!

If Eve is dead-dead I won't be happy. To have Eve and Suki be happy would have been lovely after the years Suki has wasted on Nish.

And as if feisty Suki would just stand there meekly next to Nish listening to him banging on about Ravi fancying Denise!
Not to mention that she wouldn't feel him tightening his grip on her sleeve!

It wasn’t her sleeve though was it? He wrapped the long sash/belt thing round his hand.

about today's episode, but the ending made me suddenly get "dust in my eyes".

That was a lovely ending today, Suki and Eve are going to be fine. And the Six story has finally ended because Nish has died.
