I was thinking something similar, @70isaLimitNotaTarget Nish will certainly want to cause the biggest stir possible to ruin the wedding. I would not object to seeing the back of Nugget! (I agree too about the acid attacks on Corrie/Edale, and there is a constant horrible reminder ever after with the scars the character has.)

I had another thought. The TV guide for tomorrow says "Martin rushes to Stacey's side in her hour of need". So is Stacey is struck by whatever is intended for Eve/Suki? It would give Lacey her maternity exit, if she is then sent somewhere to recuperate from whatever-it-is.

I also read that about Martin rushing to Stacey's side but with Ruby , which goes down badly.
Maybe she'll have to go to the burns unit or something like that and then go to visit one of her random family and be written out that way ?
Although I am only guessing and they need to write her out some way soon ish

Nish loves both grandchildren in his own twisted way so if Avani took the poisoned drink it would also kill him (figuratively). I would prefer that to Nugget tbh as I find Avani annoying. The faces she pulls are irritating plus the fact she’s clearly a grown woman masquerading as a schoolchild and looks the same age as her on screen mother.

It is 30 mins but on at 10pm.

I'm wondering how Nish could envisage poisoning a drink to ensure the right person gets it, he'd have to wear his invisibility cloak! It isn't as if he can do his usual "hey we're all family let's have a nice little drink" routine given he's a prison escapee who has faked his own death.

Lacey's got to exit very shortly and there is no sign of how they're going to do it. Surely not prison for a third time.

There might be a bottle on ice labelled ‘for the happy couple’ and he slips it in there?!

No idea re Stacey. Can’t work out how they’d plausibly have her leave Lily, baby Charli plus the rest of her brood unless she takes them with her to wherever she goes.

Poisoned drinks is giving me Shakespearian vibes! Or when Sharon poisoned the carbonara that time for Ian. He survived that.

Yeah, the disguises they use are about the same as ' feathers McGraw ' uses from Wallace and Gromit.
Phil likes a black beanie hat when he is on a mission anywhere. Stops the ' old bill ' figuring out it was the local villain 'what did it!'

Phil's black beanie disguise is all he needs - hides his giveaway bald bonce! (Reminds me of my all-time favourite Stacey Slater line, not long after she was introduced to the show, when she airily dismissed the Mitchell brothers as "just a pair of slapheads" 😂.)

Stacey was funny when she was first in it.
