The difference between Amy before and after (lip filler and veneers) is shocking. She looked SO much better before.

(Pic on the right is her 'before' obvs.) Why is she destroying her face? It looks distorted and weird now.

She was very pretty before! Why ruin such a lovely face? She has really aged herself.

Yes, Amy, you need to back away from the botox and fillers. If you told me she was nearer 40 I'd believe you but she's in her 20's!! The work has made her look older and harder faced whereas she was naturally pretty.

They all looked better before. Every one. Insanity.

It feels wrong to say someone looks better slimmer but I do agree! Some girls can carry extra weight well, and her figure wasnt bad but she does look better now and presumably that was her aim!

Watching K&Ks wedding, sad to see what he turned into, I never saw that character in the show.

Polly does look more attractive as a blonde and slightly slimmer. I thought she had a really nice figure before. She looked absolutely fine in her bikini but if you're looking for a guy like Shitlid and insta fame then the new look will probably win.

I had to have Botox round my scalp and in between my eyebrows for headache /pain problems. It wore off after about 2 months. I don't think you can reverse that.

I've seen that people get fillers dissolved - in their lips for example.

Reminds me of the Oprah interview Wacko did. He denied having any surgery here. Ok Wacko. Ok Amy, sure.

The short answer no, not fully. Botox does wear off after a while, however, depending on how long it has been used for, the effects after can be horrendous - atrophied muscles, etc. Fillers migrate to other body parts. You can dissolve them, however, it doesn't remove the material from your body and the substance that is used to dissolve fillers can also attack the natural hyaluronic acid that your body has, leaving you looking like a bag of skin. None of these materials have been in use long enough to know the real long-term effects and all of the possible side effects.

I can only hope the producers go back to basics next year. Probably a pipe dream given how much online chatter this year's has generated. However, if they received enough OFCOM complaints and they're upheld, they might have a serious rethink
