New to the thread so it may have already been mentioned but I detect a bit of a love interest between Whitney and Henry brewing.

I have spent the day down a rabbit hole on the reddit Industry sub and therefore I can answer all the above questions:

Yes he deliberately supplied his own (apparently PCP laced) cocaine once their bag had run out.
He left because he was hired by Tender to compromise/take out Jim so had engineered an OD and ensured the police would come due to the volume and possible also phoned them after he left (to also take out Rishi some think in collaboration with Harper?) so strategically left just before the OD kicked in.
We were supposed to know its Sally Draper as there are some Mad Men easter eggs apparently or at least subtle nods to it.
Yes I recognised Spider! Disturbed that everyone on Reddit is calling him 'that old man'.
Yes everyone is predicting some action between Henry and Whitney and there are preview scenes of them dancing suggestively at a club in the latest season trailer - opinions differ if this is genuine, just because he is a highly sexed bisexual or part of his plan to destroy Henry/Yas, for some as yet undisclosed reason.

I thought that, but he also looked like someone who I think was in Grange Hill years ago (I’m old 😂) so I checked ‘Spider’s’ IMDB.. nothing on it. 🤷‍♀️

My first thought exactly… Rishi just messes everything up. As shocking as the scene was, and at some point you are hoping he somehow makes it to the water, you also know he’ll survive but with catastrophic injuries.
