Agree about New Amsterdam, hope Casualty doesn't continue down that path. Looking forward to tonight though! The last one was DDs last week here, and now she is back from uni, so it's perfect timing!

This episode has guilted me into booking my next blood donation. Must have done the same to loads of others, as the blood donating app has put me into a queue. This has never happened before -- didn't even think that queuing was a thing in apps.

Still, good news for the bloodthirsty NHS!

Actually now I’ve seen it a bit more I think it’s quite powerful.
However…. I think it should be a separate documentary about blood donation. (I’m a blood donor)

I agree - we don't get that many Casualty's so I'd rather just a good fictional story and a proper documentary about blood donation.

I'd like to donate blood (used to) but have been anaemic for years.

It has reminded me I'm allowed to donate again from January. (Iron was too low last time.)

They good have just added a little documentary bit at the end. No need to keep interrupting the actual show. It's weird.

If it was he had a rubbish Christmas day - delivering parcels and then crashing in a tunnel afterwards. (I did wonder if there were multiple writers involved - some thought it was Christmas day and others thought it was before!!).
