Back in the day, the episode would have started with one of the families leaving for the airport. Either that or the plane would have crashed through the doors of the ED.

What's the betting thay even though Jodie is being investigated by the NMC for her conduct with the dead patient's husband she'll end up sleeping with him again.

Also if she is,shouldn't she be suspended? Not just off duty.

Holby International Airport has featured a good few times. Last time was someone leaving I think.

Why were the police checking who was going into the hospital? Was that due to the major incident or something else I've forgotten?

Over the years a number of patients have arrived direct from airport, with tropical diseases or drug smuggling.

Can’t believe we didn’t actually get a plane crash, back in the day there would have been a whole lead up to that, probably the air hostess going on her second long haul, saying goodbye to ‘Claire’ who never materialised at the hospital?!? We’d have had the full crash and the following explosion. All of the events seem to happen off screen now. And everyone just rocks up at the hospital with no pre amble (there was a guy a while ago that was gored by a bull! Missing good telly not filming that).
Lots of story lines start but never seem to have a conclusion 🫣
Do we think they filmed the plane crash and cut it because of the two real world plane crashes? Like that episode they dropped entirely right at the start of the pandemic, although they announced that was what they’d done and gave you an explanation of the important bits.

I honestly don’t think they even filmed the plane crash, I don’t think it’s in the budget anymore for them to film the lead up to the majority of accidents.

& I don’t think he’s dyed it, looked the same to me.

Yes I love that 'purple nurse' is an actual thing. No way would our purple nurse ever be the 'purple nurse' though she's too much of a wet blanket apart from when she is being a cow to Dylan.

Isn't Sophia's new job at the other hospital in Bristol Holby? So not exactly a barrier to continuing a relationship with Dylan if they both wanted to. She's not off to Aberdeen!
