I liked Jeff and Dixie. Also Finlay and Luke.

Jeff and Dixie era was top tier imo. I was devastated when Jeff died, almost stopped watching entirely.

But yeah Casualty really hates its paramedics. Even Sam who was a doctor and came back as a paramedic ended up being killed off. Jeff, Polly, Fin, Curtis, Lev, Fenisha, there was one called Woody I think? It must be the most dangerous career in Holby.

Loved Jeff and Dixie but I'm proper old so if you say 'Casualty' and 'paramedic' my mental auto fill provides Josh as the first option.

I don't think i really recall some of those names- will look them up. I'll probably recall the faces.

I've always like the paramedics but I don't think they have been as good since the Jeff and Dixie days.

I'm not suggesting you have to be old to remember him (he popped up in Charlie's leaving recently), but because I am old my brain defaults to him because he there for so long and from an early point.

When Dylan put the phone down on Sophia's voicemail it's hardly like he wasn't co-operating with the police was it but yet that policeman goes on about him not co-operating with them!

He's going to top himself isn't he. It's been a long time coming, he's had massive lows before but this might be the lowest. If not for Sophia and the abortion - that he's going to think wouldn't have happened if he had been there, even though she was pretty clearly not any keener on the idea than he was when she announced it... Seems like he's in the mindset of losing his job, partner, baby, everything. And bawling out Jodie too.

His baby sister must be 10 now. Get her in to show him life's worth living.
