I was initially confused by it being 3am when Indie getting in the back of the ambulance and then it suddenly being 5.30am but I took it to mean that she was still awake at 5.30am and so that’s why she just got up and went to her call-handler role an hour earlier.
The time line was BIZARRE - it’s almost like Sophia was there for 24 hours…..apart from popping out to the clinic. Same for Jodie….apart from an hours sleep at Aaron’s house and also seemed to be awake and on duty for 24 hours (and still looking flawless). It was all really strange.
I thought Rida was a bit harsh towards Jodie…..I get Jodie probably does cause concern but Rida was just downright nasty and you don’t talk to your friends like that, no matter how frustrated you are by them at times.
I have a feeling that this is going to be a downwards spiral for Dylan…I think Sophia will disappear to the other job and nothing will come of the police investigation (Aaron will disappear too) and those two storylines were deliberately included as just a way to introduce turmoil into Dylan’s life as opposed to developing into a major plot. I think these events were only written into the script as a means to an end which is to get Dylan back on the alcohol.
It will be interesting to see if anything comes from the Nicole postpartum storyline? Or will she just disappear Tina clinic for a few weeks and then come back completely cured? Maybe the actress needed some time off at short notice? I hope I’m wrong though and we do see it continue to be featured as it’s a condition that people could really benefit from being educated about.
As for Stevie…. I hope all turns out in the end. No doubt it will be a shit-storm with Siobhan but I would like to see Stevie with a happy ending.
Agree with a previous poster that it was nice not seeing Faith and Iain!
I thought it was a bit ridiculous that Teddy asked for the handcuffs to be taken of the prisoner because “we need IV access” when it was very clear that the handcuffs weren’t in anyway obstructing where a cannula would be placed. I suppose it’s just the way that “Casualty Land” breaks the bounds of realities for the storyline to evolve 🤣
Was anyone else a bit taken aback by how Jan spoke to the lady who was lying on the floor and had been waiting for an ambulance for 7 hours? Jan has always been such a lovely caring character that for her to be so dismissive seemed very out of character. It wasn’t very believable.
