It makes no sense Avani would ignore everything Nish has done, but I suppose money talks. Nugget was very attached to Suki in the past. I liked that Suki ended the war, it took all Nish's power away. It'll be interesting to see the fallout, I still can't work out who torches the shops.

Harry and Penny are both horrible.🤮

I think Harvey is a bit of a hopeless case and Kathy is too good for him. I know she's older than him but she doesn't look it.

Maybe Suki torches the shop ? Although that makes no sense at all! But this is EE

Just catching up and every episode I hate Jumpers a little bit more. The actor can’t act and his and his family’s storyline are pointless

Find myself not paying attention whenever he is on screen

I agree re Jumpers and his family, they are starting to make my skin crawl, which I am not sure is the effect they were going for.

@the80sweregreat I suppose it depends how it plays out now, could be any of them! I wondered if it is someone who wants it all to end - Ravi or Eve? But presumably the shops are insured so they would just be rebuilt 🤷‍♀️

Is jumpers Billy's half brother or what ? Who are they all ? ( I do watch every episode, but family dynamics sometimes elude me)
Barney isn't a good actor. I was hoping for more there tbh.
Harry looks the player / dodgy sort , but looks uncomfortable playing the part. Hopefully he'll get written out and nobody will miss him.
I Don't mind Teddy , but he isn't a convincing character really. I've never met anyone like him , and I'm from the east end

I agree re Barney, I thought he was promising, but he's not!

Stevie is Teddy and Billy's dad but they have a different mum so yes half brothers.

I’m not from the east end but know a few real life Eastenders, agree with you that Teddy is not a kosher east ender.

Harry is dire but Penny wheeling up to him and flirting, wtf?! That actress is only there to make up their equalities etc quota, she cannot act to save her life.

And how does Stacey and Jean going away give Harvey and Kathy the right to jump each other?!

Have realised, even though we all dislike bumbling Reiss at least it proves he can act!

Penny is so attractive and could have any man , so why choose him ?.. his not even good looking ( shallow)
Jean was pretty horrible to Harvey over Maya, which I get , but she has done dodgy things too.
(However , I'm in the minority feeling sorry for him ! 😆 )

Just looked it up (saddo) Kathy is 74! And Harvey is 59/60

In RL Kathy is 69

It's a fairly big gap but Harvey looks older so it sort of works ( and Kaff is a hot grand mamma )

Hmmmm yes Jumpers is getting a bit yeah you;d do anything for your kids annoying .Though he does have a really sweet smile when he does the weird top lip pouty thing
Harry - you can just tell that trouble will swoop down on The Arches as soon as he lifted a spanner .
Maybe Penny likes him partly to annoy Jack ?

Kathy probably feels in touch with Harvey because he was friends with Rocky . So not seeing him (hopefully) as a new partner but an ali ?

Though why Kathy would leave her handbag on a pub table when no-one else was sitting there Even if someone pinched her table she'd just ask them to budge up or sit at the bar .

Whispery Nish just needs to pop his clogs now .

Totally agree re Nish, he needs to get on with dying.

I hope Kathy is serious about not thinking of Harvey in that way.

I hate Jumpers' weird top lip pouty thing!

Jack really is an amazing copper. He does zero work for months at a time. Just strolls around the square in his turtleneck, sleeping with his grandchild’s grandmother and aiding and abetting the Six to cover up murder. But is able at the drop of a hat to get a warrant to search the Archies simply on the basis that he saw Harry talking to a dodgy guy.

I also hated the way he ordered Penny to go home and help Amy with her homework. Like that’s her responsibility. He’s such a Neanderthal!

Yeah the Kathy handbag snatch was ridiculous. No one would leave their bag unattended like that in an East End pub!

Always disliked Jack
He is a plank

I have always thought that he has played the same character in both The Bill and Eastenders.

They could have called him Phil Hunter and it wouldn’t have surprised me if he went off to work in Sun Hill every day. Jack and Phil are very similar personalities

They are obviously setting up a big feud between him and Jumpers. So the Brannings and the Mitchells go to war again <yawn> and Penny will be caught in the middle cause she’s in love with the dimwit mechanic.

All jumpers has to go is hit Jack in the face with one of the sleeves of his jumper and he'll run off. I loath J so much , such a horrible character and hypocritical to boot.
Only time I felt sorry for him was when Ronnie and Roxy died.

Jack was particularly horrible during Amy's eating disorder, when Dee was basically doing everything and he was storming around in a mood. I couldn't blame her for considering shagging Ravi.

I suppose when you think about Jack, it isn't surprising Penny is fairly horrible too!

Oh well, jacks alone now and just hassling Phil and Harry instead!
What has happened to Amy ? Although I think I saw something about her next week. Still in a wheelchair etc

Something Jack said about Amy being so hungry ( he was picking food up in the cafe then went to McClunkys where he saw Harry and his Partner In Crime )

I thought they were lining Amy up for bulimia , but if she's an Eating Disorder sufferer then it will in all likelihood resurface with the stress she;s under .

Poor Amy ! The new Whitney with so much trauma and bad luck !
