I am not looking forward to today's episode, yesterday felt like a real grind, as you say @Bunionbabe the focus is on too many minor characters. I don't like Avani but the actress is beautiful.

I used to quite like Bobby, but they have ruined him lately. It's for the best he's leaving, I don't know where the character would have gone because he still seems like a teenager, he has never matured at all. But we still have Freddie to trudge through.😐

Would the cctv be wiped by now ? ( at the care home I mean )
Debbie died weeks ago.
What is Nish and jumpers up to ?
I suppose Bobby will be off soon now his found them kissing.

Kim does get involved this week with the Sonia campaign and Bianca is back next week !

With Reiss it will probably take til Christmas before he gets found out to be the real killer .
Just in time for Sonia to get around the Christmas tree with the rest of them .

Yeah, probably a big Christmas reveal that Reiss did kill his wife around the Turkey.
I cringed at jumpers today calling Deb ' his ex '
She wasn't.

It was a fairly dreary episode but at least it did get somewhere in the end. Unfortunately it is showing up how poor an actress Anna is.

But I loved Jumpers freaking out Reiss by deploying a PI. You would think the police had already checked CCTV and seen Reiss on it. I don't know how long it is kept, but I think the PI would also check any cameras in the street near the care home.

I am looking forward to Bianca's return, I hope I'm not disappointed!

The love triangle story heavily featured in today's episiode (yawn). Hopefully tomorrow's episode will be the last we see of Bobby and this tedious story.

Maybe Bianca will team up with this PI of jumpers ? I don't think cctv is kept for too long , but only going by dramas where they say ' it's been wiped , or wasn't working ' or something like that. I've no idea in real life

It’s such a pain/shame with Reiss. The writers seem to paint him as scheming and murderer but it’s the bumbling idiot act which frustrates me. I’m going off EE anyway but couldn’t they just make him evil and have it done. There’s no way/one I know who could be arsed signing something to save someone.

Oh, I really hope they manage to dig up the cctv footage and get reiss out of the square! He’s soooooo annoying.

Cindy is a nasty piece of work but I’m glad Bobby is leaving!

The love triangle ending was suddenly very rushed. We had weeks of Freddie making sheeps eyes at Anna, then one episode for Bobby to find out, have several arguments, and plan to leave. The abortion feels like a sideshow.

Cindy is a horrible person but we already knew that I suppose.

I am glad it's over so quickly. It's actually quite nice to see Bobby reacting how one would expect when you find your girlfriend kissing your best friend and not leaving it all to fester 👏

Also, what's with both Louis and Vinny having their birthday (parties) on the same day? Ffs EE. Could they not have spread them out a bit more?

It looked as if Nish was setting Vinny up as the scapegoat for whatever he's doing - burning down the chicken shops/mini mart. But then changed his mind and gave him the medallion. And has now changed his mind back. So yet another Panesar offspring destined for jail/death.

Dh hates jumpers and reckons you ' can see him acting' ! I don't mind him myself , but the arms on that jumper are annoying

Yes exactly this. That's why Vinny should have been more careful about binning it right in front of him! I thought that was extremely harsh, even by Suki's standards!

I thought the binning of the medallion was melodramatic writing. Suki is not a fool, she would have dealt with that when they got home.

@the80sweregreat I think I agree with your husband re Jumpers' acting, you can see the cogs whirring! At the moment Jumpers seems like one big plot device moving from place to place.

Bobby is such an incel. Hopefully he grows up a bit and gets some self esteem when he leaves the toxicity of the square.

I think because of all the abuse we saw Suki experience at the hands of Nish, we’ve forgotten how conniving and manipulative she can be and her abusive control over her children. One son is dead because of her (and he went to prison because she framed him for something Vinny had done which she had ordered him to do), another son who we never hear about is in prison because he was protecting her, her only daughter fled far away to Canada away from her control and manipulation, and it looks like Vinny will end up in prison as well because she’s using him to extract her financial revenge on Nish. She’s not a very nice person - she may not be as narcissistic as Nish but she is very self centred when it comes to her relationship with her children.

I think Vinny has more of a storyline when his siblings were around.

Such a shame they let Dotty leave as that actress would’ve acted Anna and Gina out of the park. Anna is painful to watch, the Bobby and Freddy storyline love triangle only serves for them all to do “angst” and for Bobby to show his violent and upset side. Why wasn’t Jane returning for good again?

I loved Dotty too! Fab actress and a cool gothic style.

There's no need for Jane to be back permanently because the actor who played Bobby (he left in today's episode) decided to quit so without Bobby she doesn't have anything to stay for. But it was nice to see her today.
