I dont want to comment on Shirley's strange proclivities but I just wanted to point out not every woman over 35 is keen on Pete.

Probably true but his fan base is massive and people loved that bellend friend of his Sam who won the jungle. Pete is safe for the final id bet at least 10 dingo dollars on it.

I am over 35 and do not find Pete remotely attractive. There's something very inauthentic about him, like a mobile DJ cosplaying at being Keith Richards. I know people say he is grubby but in reality every tattoo and tress and piece of stubble is too neat and groomed.

Comapred to the likes of Shayne and Jamie he's a testosterone overload.

I'm 35++ and Pete makes my fancy clamp itself so tightly shut that I end up like Barbie down there.

I'm over 35 and I do not find Pete attractive at all. In fact, I reckon those voting for him are probably younger than 35!

He is ridiculously popular though judging from the number of views and likes his dance is is getting compared to others.

The final ĺooks like it may be Tasha, Chris, Sarah for certain. I would be annoyed if Pete was there too.

I thought Jamie was a dead cert for the final, but I'm not sure now.

I think he is quite good looking although JB is much better looking but Pete's tattoos make me feel sick especially those revolting neck ones.

Why do so many couples choice dances having to be awful sob fests? I want happy joyful dances to songs they love for nice reasons.

Bobby's cringy couples choice last year I thought was absolutely dreadful but I think Pete's was possibly worse.

That moment when it went dark in Chris' dance and the lift afterwards was brilliant.

I agree. How on earth can judges properly mark a dance about the loss of a loved one? It really has to stop.

Yes there's no way that any judges would mark a wafty dead nan dance with a 2 or 3. Pete comes across as a nice enough guy but is out of his depth as the weeks progress. He is a a good looking man IF you ignore the tattoos and the greasy hair, but I don't think that women are voting for him for this reason. His "fan base" will be younger people who watch his TV stuff. DD is 19 and knew who he was when his casting was announced, she thinks he's really funny. When I heard Pete Wicks was doing Strictly I thought it was the shouty PE teacher lockdown guy. (Are they related?)

Punam's couples choice was what that style should be. A joyful celebration of her culture and something which meant a lot to her.

I agree, Punam's dance was what a CC should be. A personal dance, demonstrating different skills. Or Chris's - a joyful expression of what you can achieve.

Yes totally agree. Much as I loved Annabel and jojo last year, how could the judges fairly mark a dance about her very recently dead husband??

I like Pete becatse he genuinely seems surprised at how much he loves learning to dance but last nights deadnan contempowaft sob fest was so far from his best dance and it got a sodding 10 🤦🏻‍♀️

Too true. Pete has been learning, he is not a ringer, and has done well. I agree, @Theeyeballsinthesky .

If the rumours are true about Pete getting 100s of votes per person from ardent fans then he will make the final and possibly win

Even if you're getting the most public votes you can still be knocked out in the semifinals if you're the weakest dancer. That goes for either Peter or Chris, but I assume they can't both go out in the semis.

The main polling websites (Entertainment Odds and Strictly Spoiler) which obviously don't have multi-voting have shown Pete with solid support every week.

Chris, on the other hand, might not appear in a DO and might do a Hamza.
I don't actually want him to win but, that said, Tasha leaves me cold and is a ringer and Sarah is a ringer.
I'll vote for whoever has the best showdance I guess, although many of the freestyles haven't impressed me much. I liked Layton's last year, John's, Maisie's and Kelvin's in previous years.

Yes for me I agree with the poster that said Chris's achievement is outstanding but he isn't the best dancer but I can't think who else I'd like to win.

Not Wynne, Jamie, Pete or Tasha or Sarah which leaves Montell and Chris

JB is my new fave if wardrobe stops putting him in massive trousers! I didnt watch live yesterday because have got bored before Blackpool. Otherwise Sarah though I hate Vito's choreo.

I honestly think that samba would have been two points better if they'd put him in a less hideous outfit.
