Oh it's just so rubbish.
I can understand why it would grow tiresome playing Linda, it has to be emotionally draining but I was hoping Linda would turn it around eventually.
The only good thing is it hopefully means Mick won't be returning.
It's still being reported that Shirley is coming back

But then they'd incriminate themselves and that would probably put them in prison (perverting the course of justice is the crime called?).

Yes I understand that. But surely at least Sharon will stand up for Linda? It can't be murder as there was no premeditation involved. So likely to be a lesser charge of manslaughter I reckon.

Linda might team up with Gray to bring everyone down ! lol
( as well as Ruby , Janine , Chrissie and probably Dean , all in the same jail )

You'd think so - it would be the right thing - but she'd still get charged with perverting the course of justice, perjury and assisting an offender. How's Linda going to explain her motive for killing Keanu if she doesn't (indirectly) get Sharon in trouble?

I just watched it and Kellie was typically amazing. I also liked Kathy standing up for what's right, although she was never going to confess to her part in the mess, so maybe was being a bit of a hypocrite.

Kathy always harps on about Rocky aswell and that was a hardly a great love, it comes across as selfish. I found her speech boring and unnecessary but maybe she will take her own advice and admit to her part it in all. She has actually orchestrated a lot of the cover up

I'm so unsatisfied with today's episode 🤣 it's ruined my day.
I hope they can turn it around, maybe it was a dream Linda had 🤣

I always felt it was wrong to blame Dean for the killing. It was predictable that Linda would confess, and I love Kellie, but I’m glad the truth came out. I’d like all of them to get banged up for a bit but that won’t happen.

I don't feel sorry for Dean at all, he is dangerous, won't be missed and the streets are safer without him lurking around. If they had blamed anyone else I would have felt differently but Dean has no sympathy from me.
From a viewer perspective i am very much in agreement with Suki

I guess that even soaps have to be seen as doing the right thing re murder / manslaughter and perjury etc.
I know that Nick cotton didn't go in prison for murdering Reg Cox, but he did meet a sticky end eventually I think? He was a proper baddie

A sticky end indeed. Dot got banged up for killing him.

Linda's acting was sublime today , but who cleans their oven in their best dress ?

Shame for Kelly Bright if she is leaving, because she didn't know she was going to be the murderer. Remember that none of the six knew who the culprit was.
Which makes me think she mustn't have asked to leave, but has been written out.
She's a great actress though, I'm sure she'll continue to be very successful.

Many go off for a while and reappear again ?
They did a programme after the flash forwards and then one after Christmas Day showing Kellie with her producer and she was surprised she was the culprit and you could almost see her thinking ' what's going on?'
Might be scenes of her in prison on and off or something. Who knows , but today's one was v good (especially the music used )

I wonder if the detective tells her to keep quiet. The episode ended with her confessing to him but there could be a way he covers for her. Stranger things have happened and we all know they don't follow any reality with plots. It's as likely that he could help her as it is that the others have no repercussions. The only thing that makes me think Linda goes to prison is the leak about Chrissie next week but actually it's just as likely to be Chrissie meeting Sharon, who we already know is in prison.
Noone around Dean likes him, the police were giving him dirty looks, his barrister left him and the new one was clearly scared of him. Interestingly she mentioned a psychological review, she may be looking to get him off under mental health

I read an interview with Kellie a couple of years ago and she implied she’s the breadwinner in her family so I doubt she’s chosen to leave plus Linda was always the more likely person to kill Keanu and potentially leave. But in any case, she’s been a fabulous addition to the show in these 11 years.

I thought mental health too re Dean, but it's been a decade of this and would it stand up in court ? Plus wouldn't Linda have to testify again at Deans trial ? For a lawyer , Johnny stayed quiet today.
Have Suki and Eve broken up ?

I think a psychologist could say he is unfit to stand trial. I have no idea what would/could happen next

Dean's always been unhinged though. Narcissistic and a danger to women.
I want him to pay for what he did to Roxy , Linda and Jade , big time , but it probably won't happen :(
( or not long in jail anyway!)

I don’t think there’ll be enough time to go into that because tomorrow is Dean’s last episode.

I'm glad we won't see Dean again , but the actor played him well and it can't have been an easy part to play at times. Nasty character.

Honestly they could run a coach trip from Albert Square to the local prison for those already in and those likely to join them

So for this we will have The Six in trouble, Jack and Johnny losing their jobs for covering, Phil knows and probably very soon Suki will tell Eve by the looks of it so they all could have charges coming their way

Then we have the Sonia and Reiss nonsense

Then the aftermath of the crush with either Penny or Chelsea getting done for that (if Phil or Sharon get done for that then it’s 2 for 1 charges alongside the murder)

Anyone else on the horizon? There is Freddie and his conveniently forgotten about attack on Theo that Jack also covered up if I remember right

They don't need coaches, although they might well do by the time they are all in jail
The way they all got the court back and forth within ten minutes this week a few cabs would do it and split the costs with Kat !
Phil doesn't seem too bothered about the club crush does he but Felix and Priya were right, he could be done although I bet Chels fesses up soon as she can't live with the guilt.
