Penny looked good with her hair up.
Funny that's the look when a character is going through drama,/ grief. Yet she could easily look like like 50% of the time in real life.

Penny is very pretty
She has a Kate Middleton ( princess of wales) look about her i think especially with her hair up.
It's a shame she is always scowling most of the time .

Agreed. She just seems to hover when there's a conversation upstairs, looking surprised, and always dressed in lingerie with a cardigan over !

I know ridiculous.
I always think when George is in the kitchen you can't swing a cat in there lol
He's also 6ft 4, wouldn't he go mad in a small place like that.
I love how people with pubs and restaurants to run eg George/ Ravi can just drop everything and be a full time father/ brother whatever.
If I was just tuning in I'd think George has a really chilled life just making making tea and coffee upstairs and later doing a little cooking in the limited space kitchen.

This episode was a good example of what a ‘prop' Elaine is. She stood on the sidelines saying little, looking upset. Why are they doing this to her?

Boring episode overall though, I am not bothered about George and his brothers. He is living in dreamland if he thinks he can competently care for Kojo. Kobina told him that his kids and wife were scared of Kojo, how does he think that will play out with a household comprised of George, several women and two small children?

Penny - no, still don’t care.

Don’t care about Bernie and the whole Six thing is wearing thin. I hope next week is better.

I don't mind Elaine's look, but it can be a bit fussy sometimes.
Considering how many of them have businesses to run , they hardly ever seem stressed out by it and you never see things being delivered or them doing paperwork or anything like that.
They hire people on the day too. Priya would have to do a ton of kitchen hygiene videos and all sorts in real life to work there. She just gets an apron instead.

Can I just also I think its annoying George gets such long scenes. I was looking at my watch all the time . Far too much talking.

I guess that Colin Salmon doesn't come cheap , so they are making sure he gets all the lines.!

Yeh most people I know that own their own business are always stressed whether they are in work all day or not. Phone calls / emails. Talking about staff etc etc

It must be really stressful running any kind of business and hospitality is possibly one of the worst. These lot seem to just sail through it!
Suki once said about her 12 hour shifts in her old shop, but mostly none of them ever seem to do a full day at work!

Jack the cop deserves the label 'pig' for the way he spoke to Penny. Linda's top-knot is getting silly. Bigger than ever and so obvs a clip on. Is Priya after Zac? Bernie is deranged.

Penny didn't deserve that from her dad
She is in a wheelchair because of him and I hope she reminds him of this soon
He isn't aware of the full facts, yet he more or less wishes she was the one in hospital
I've always hated the Jack character, more so today

Penny is selfish, so Jack did have a point (but should never have said that).

I agree she looked fabulous with her hair up.

Are we expected to feel sorry for Penny after how she treated Chelsea? She caused her to lose her job and was deliberately cruel and obnoxious. She is also partly responsible for the club disaster because she organised it so poorly. So 🤷‍♀️ from me.

I'm reading comments on another site where people are predicting Teddy to be an uncover police officer. I'm sat laughing at the comments/theories and then suddenly thought, what if they are right! It would be a huge twist.

Yes; what I don’t understand about that is that Zac didn’t seem to mind, in fact he was positively endorsing her big night, telling her to calm down with a ‘free’ drink! Equally, Chelsea didn’t tell anyone, in real life wouldn’t she be telling her Mum, her Aunt, anyone who’d listen about how she’d be done out of her job! Penny kept threatening to sack her over the way she spoke to her, is their no discipline procedure. I just think it is ridiculous but obviously all the women involved in the cover up appearing when Bernie throws paint on Sharon’s door in today’s episode is highly unlikely! They all hear that Bernie kicking off but seemingly no one comes out to see what is happening at the nightclub, with ambulances and police cars pulling up!😂

I should add maybe that is just me but I notice Police cars on our road which is quiet but has a station on it so sometimes the Police are around to arrest people from the train.

I also don't understand why Bernie is suddenly caring about justice for Keanu when it was her that told Phil about the kidnap and that's what started Keanu's demise. She's as much to blame for Keanu's death as anyone else.

Yes, totally agree. I think we're supposed to be feeling sorry for Bernie, Penny and Sonia but they've completely bulldozed each of the characters so we just don't care

Linda is another example. I don't think any of us cared when she was being blackmailed as she was behaving so erratically and selfishly

I really hope the writers settle down and get us caring and invested in characters again

And what's happened with the Tommy storyline we seemed to like? Totally forgotten

Apparently, now Kat is back, the Tommy storyline is going to ramp up from next week! Not looking forward to it tbh, a kid bullying their mum 😔

That is true about Bernie, Penny and Sonia - they have all been made so unlikeable so it's hard for viewers to sympathise or want 'justice' for them. I do feel sorry for Linda because she is so vulnerable.

I'm not sure why Sharon is so rattled about being accused, because there is no evidence against her. Dean and Bernie just think she did it. And as a PP says, Bernie also disowned Keanu.

Why don't Sharon or Linda call the police about Bernie? Bernie has no proof Sharon killed Keanu.

Kat is vunerable at the moment with her injury ( she had a mishap on holiday and hobbled into the cab office) so Tommy will have loads of opportunity to be a little thug

Such a shame they turned Tommy into a thug. Every single kind on EE has to turn to the bad at some point whether it’s drugs, pregnant at 12, violence etc. It’s ridiculous and statistically improbable. I’m an East Londoner and yes, there were always wrong’uns when we were growing up but the vast majority of us just had a normal childhood. I think I know one one kid who ended up in jail!

When they do portray kids who do well it’s also ridiculous…Will got the equivalent of straight As and A stars at GCSE. IRL he would be guided towards A Levels and a top university. Instead he’s doing a diploma in Health and Social care?? I suppose Mitchell’s don’t do university🙄
