Chelsea was sitting next to her so I got a bit confused there

It's not just the tickets that caused that crush. They were understaffed, had a useless communication system, had blocked the fire exit and was being run by someone clueless. The tickets were the last of the problems.
I hope Chelsea doesn't admit to tampering with the tickets but it looks likely she will.

I agree with the comment about the autism portrayal. It is a spectrum and they always show mid to high end of the scale on tv and it's not a true representation.
I don't think they needed to add George's brothers, there's enough bit parts already.

I agree that the added characters of George's brothers won't add much.
Barney is also autistic and those three new Mitchell ones haven't totally bedded in yet , now there are two others who may well hang around not doing much. Unless it's a fleeting visit or Elaine might give them Gina's old room , the Vic upstairs is a tardis.
I really thought it was Chelsea he arrested today , lost concentration this morning ( or interest!) although I'm sure Penny will get her dad to get her off maybe ?
Chelsea may well confess , but changing the numbers wasn't the total reason this happened so it's a grey area.

Yes, and George didn't know it was his real father who Eddie was attacking.

I thought Reiss was coded as autistic but not having had a formal diagnosis? I also think we will find that Kobina is able to hold down a job, he’ll just need adjustments made for him.

The George and his brothers storyline has been quite confusing, as you say it is not clear exactly what they know, it's a bit of a mess.

I have never heard it suggested that Reiss is autistic. Just odd, and murderous.

Barney - yes. There was a lot of discussion about that and it has since been confirmed the actor is autistic, so I assume that will be addressed at some point.

I don't think the brothers know the full story regarding their dad's sad demise , but I agree it's left for us to work out what they do or do not know!

George's brother must have gone to the international school in Guyana with a lot of Londoners, because that's where his accent is from.

Do the brothers work ? Is it a fleeting visit or are they staying on?

Kojo is staying but Kobina will be leaving soon.

It doesn't matter who changed the tickets available (Chelsea) as

1. the bouncer should have been counting to max capacity
2. fire exits should have been clear
3. evacuation strategy should have been clear to all staff
4. the music should have been turned off
5. there should be a strategy for safe exit for disabled people (Penny)

I loved Kojo in today’s episode! What a lovely man! I’m glad he’s staying, as there aren’t many lovely characters! 😂

Be nice to have Kojo in it and maybe get a job working with cars or something?

Yes I hope so too! He is a lovely character.

He’s wonderful, a great addition to the show, and I loved the interaction between him and George in the cafe.

Totally, I don't think it is Chelsea's fault at all!

Penny should have checked everything, including how many tickets had been allocated.

People think Kojo is great after one episode.

I found him really dull. This is a soap afterall.

I wouldn't be surprised if the inclusion of Kojo as a permanent character was a tick-boxing decision and he'll barely be featured. I don't remember any of his scenes from this week.

Agree a bit like Janet hardly being seen.
Even Penny isn't used much.. anyone notice she seems to disappear for a while then come back. Unlike other mid type characters.
I'm a little surprised as I didn't think it would be an issue for someone in a wheelchair working a full time schedule as much as someone else.
I hope it's just the writers not giving her much to do as they just aren't sure about her true character ?
I'm not either. Really hard to tell whether she's a proper cow or not .

I don't see how kojo can be a tick box exercise as they already have asd characters. I'm not sure why they've added him. Asd isn't entertaining and daily life is very much like groundhog day, that isn't really what people want from a soap.
I don't know how I feel about kojo. I have a personal link to asd.
I wonder what it is people have seen that's made them like his character?
I also have no idea why he was left alone in the cafe, where was the brother and Angela? I can't see how this ever would happen in real life, unless the brother truly doesn't care for Kojo

I liked the interaction between Kojo and George, they worked well together, but I am not sure how Kojo will work as a longer term character. We’ve already got two autistic characters who are barely featured, and they’ve introduced a third. I didn’t understand why he’d been left on his own in a strange place by Kobina (apart from plot reasons), when he clearly couldn’t cope.

I am never going to complain that horrible self-pitying Penny is not featured enough 😛

@Aquarius1234 I think Penny is definitely portrayed as a proper cow given that she is an ex drug dealer who most times only thinks about herself.
I liked Kojo because he came across as kind which is a rarity for characters on Eastenders who always seem to have an agenda.
