What has had you hooked?

I feel like I haven't had a series in a while which has really gripped me and made me eager to watch more.

Any suggestions? I have Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney + along with usual BBC/ITV etc

Usually watch dramas/crime thrillers etc. but open to most genres. Thanks!

Your Honour on Prime has us hooked at moment. It's a few years old but just getting to it now.

"Eric" on Netflix. Stars Benedict Cumberbatch (I normally can't stand him!) but this series is brilliant, it's about his ds who goes missing, and the whole family dynamics.

Scandal on E4 and disney+ - I would say the plots were delightfully bonkers, but given the state of politics in the US right now....

This is Us on disney+, technically a dramady I think, but enjoyable

The Dropout on iplayer - based on a true story and Amanda Seyfried was fantastic.

And one curveball 'The Trouble With Maggie Cole' with Dawn French on netflix

I recently discovered The Outlaws and binged in a few days.

Thanks all now hoping baby will chill on the mat so I can watch some of these 🤣

Older but well worth a watch is Sneaky Pete on Amazon about a conman trying to go straight (ish!)

Slow Horses on Apple TV is one of the best things I've ever seen. Gary Oldman and Kristin Scott Thomas.

Fallout on Amazon and Mayor of Kingstown on Paramount I think. Halo was also surprisingly good.

Just watched Bodkin on Netflix. I thought it was pretty good.

Ah amazing thx for all these suggestions. Enjoyed 'This is Us', 'Blue Lights' and 'The Bear'. No haven't seen white lotus or the others

Have you watched Only Murders in the Building on Disney +? I was late to the party with it but once I started watching it binged 3 seasons in a few days and season 4 is out next month.
