I think Wil's reaction was a defence mechanism. He was almost certain he couldn't redeem himself, so he acted like he couldn't give a shit to save himself the rejection. I suspect he's actually quite gutted and pissed off with himself underneath it all.
Of course Uma shouldn't forgive him even if he comes crawling though. Partners that act like that when cornered, even in the heat of the moment, clearly have a nasty streak.
I thought Matilda actually did like Sean, but the way she spat out he was "a little rat" as she walked off prior to the clips, says to me she doesn't at all. Nobody has that much disgust for someone so quickly. She definitely saw him as a route to the final, which also makes sense of her odd second convo with diamante. She was smiling as she simply didn't care.
I do really like Ciaran and think he has a great head on his shoulders, but ironically, the only immature thing about him is his hang up about his age! Why does he desperately want to be treated like he's not 21? Doesn't he realise he'll get older? He must be hanging out with a lot of older people in RL to be feeling he's immature. Even the fact he slept with a woman 30 years older... why?! Enjoy being 21 fgs, have some fun (and please don't saddle yourself with Nicole and her aircraft hold full of baggage).
At this point only Konnor and Emma deserve to win, which is ridiculous as we don't even see them! There are quite a few who individually deserve it, but they're all coupled up with a total arsehole.
