I won’t lie though, I missed Deano.

Perfect! I love that they gave us everything we wanted and all the characters were in it! I screamed when Sheridan Smith turned up! And Russell Tovey. I’m going to rewatch the whole show from the beginning over the next few weeks!

Silly little touches like the club and foam party they were right into in the early series but too old for now. So good they allowed the characters to age and grow.

I must have had an emotion bypass. I didn't feel it at all. The Smithy / Sonia relationship was too unbelievable. Too much of the episode was the the stag / hen stuff which just wasn't funny.
Neil the baby singing was the absolute highlight.

We LOVED it! Hated the 2019 one, but this was perfect.

(Apart from Dawn’s horrendous filler.)

Genuinely happy that the full Stephen Fretwell song was finally played!

And Rudi! Loved that Rudi was in it. Perfect.

Me too. The mates were lacking without him.

It could never meet everyone's expectations. Some people would be gutted and have the show ruined for them. RJ and JC have been really clever that way
