In all honesty, it wasnt that great... I did enjoy s2 better with the big brother.

queenofthewild · 20/03/2024 18:35

Really enjoyed it.

But after Bloodlands, Marcella, The Tourist and Kin I'm steering clear of Ireland as a holiday destination.

HeartofSaturdayNight · 20/03/2024 18:36

Loved it. It's very well done if your like that kind of gangland show. The characters are nuanced and it's visually very satisfying (some excellent Irish directors)

HesterPrincess · 20/03/2024 18:36

It's incredible, one of the best things I've watched in a long time. Brutal but brilliant.

KingNidge · 20/03/2024 18:38

Love/hate is better but Kin is good too.

WearyLady · 20/03/2024 18:39

I absolutely loved it. It was like an Irish Sopranos.

ATerrorofLeftovers · 20/03/2024 18:41

I loved it. Give it a go!

astridforty · 20/03/2024 18:42

Absolutely loved it. Worth a watch

Hapagirl48 · 20/03/2024 18:42

I want Amanda’s hair in S2. I quite liked it. It’s hard to say whether it’s worth it without knowing what you like but it’s quite gripping with a lot of family dynamics going on and some strong women.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 20/03/2024 18:45

Kin is ace, give it a go

RoyKentwhistle · 20/03/2024 18:46

Loved it

Uncooperativefingers · 20/03/2024 18:47

Absolutely, thought it was great. Both seasons

ManchesterBeatrice · 20/03/2024 18:48

Oh brilliant thanks! The next watch then 😊

Loved it. Mystified by why they’d be living in the houses they were living in but that’s a side issue.

BanditoShipman · 20/03/2024 18:50

Great program. If you like it try Gangs of London, similar set up but much more violence, also fantastic.

MaMisled · 20/03/2024 18:52

Kin is OK, watchable, but if you like the whole organised crime family theme, watch Love/Hate. Now THAT is really worth watching. The writing and the way the characters are created make you weirdly adore people who do the most awful things! It's brilliant.

Anjelika · 20/03/2024 18:59

I've almost finished KIN and it's the best thing I've seen for a while. Would def recommend.

Jagsy · 20/03/2024 19:01

Loved it , hoping there is a series 3

Iamblossom · 20/03/2024 19:06

Another vote for Love/Hate.

Devastated to have finished it.

"Oive a bone ta pick witchoo Nidgy!"

Kin is a good substation, slicker, just as brutal.

Iamblossom · 20/03/2024 19:06

*substitution

ManchesterBeatrice · 20/03/2024 19:09

Starting tonight 🥰

I loved both series, it's great viewing. Only bit I found unbelievable was Amanda cooking dinner in her v high heels Grin

Cindy1802 · 20/03/2024 19:30

Looovvveedd Kin.

Started love/hate based on people recommending it after I said I loved Kin, but I'm struggling with it a bit. Doesn't seem to be gripping me. Do I need to give it a chance, does it build?

Zingy123 · 20/03/2024 19:55

Yes and then watch Love/Hate. I was bereft when we finished it.
