You don't need politics at Ascot and the velvet arches were quite dismal. Randomly as I can't remember who did what, in that context, I hated the tortoiseshell, the trellis, the weird blue dangly lights, the Chinese lanterns and the peach colour.
Francesca's blue room looked so much better than I thought it would.

Personally, I'm all for the dark green room, although it would probably come about third in suitability for high end daytime hospitality.

I liked Ben's.

I find the sycophantic laughing at Alan rather tiresome. He's not that funny.

The trans stuff was annoying (‘inclusive’ my arse) but I did find Jess funny and much more humble and down to earth than a lot of the others Ben so sad that she went.

I only realised this had begun this week. Hope I can squeeze onto the settee with you all. Watched the zoo yesterday. I thought the right person got the chop. I quite like Francesca, although I didn’t like that blue. I’m glad circle girl went home, I thought it might be like goth girl last year and they would fall for the signature shtick. Jess’s room was ghastly, couldn’t decide which colour I hated most, and I do love colour and have a lot in my house. But I don’t think I could have actually sat in Bens room, it made me feel really uncomfortable, and that’s not what you want when you’ve paid a fortune for an experience. Eccentricity is to be treasured, but he seems like a parody of himself. And someone needs to tell Alan Carr that he’s not fronting fucking Playschool. I think Matts a sweetie, and cleverer than he looks.
