The gold medal isn't even edible. Dull. It's a posh Harvester dessert with a prop on top.

This one looks messy as well, the crumb seems to be going everywhere

I like that Nick's done something different but that is a lot of blobby accompaniments to a dessert and not an actual dessert. It needs a sponge or a tart or stopwatch or something.

To me, they haven't sourced the right calibre of chefs. The standard two or three years or more ago was a lot better.
