Sorry about the unimaginative thread title!

I really would like all of them to cook their entire menu, though. Some are excellent dessert chefs, but don't get to showcase it, because of the vegan starter and fish courses.

I love vegetables and can eat full vegetarian meal or banquet without a problem. However as an omnivore I’d be very disappointed with a fish or meat course without either of those ingredients. It might be good for the vegan chef to do or help with the vegetarian or vegan alternatives.

But it's a messy plate of "stuff" that has nothing to do with an open water swim!

It's tiny. Imagine swimming 10km and being handed that.

Them leeks look horrid

I don't think the 50m swimmers would be impressed either.

Well, it's a decent sized plate of food. I wouldn't choose it off a menu having seen the ingredients.....

You really can’t improve on chips though can you?

I still don't get how this ties to the brief. It's a bit like a round on MasterChef where they've asked them to do their take on fish and chips.
