That board meeting was hilariously unconvincing. But I thought Gladys was a convincing character with a good storyline, and Deirdre's story was believable too. Unusual these days.

I didn't see anyone leave their baby in a pram anywhere. Why all the stories? And yes, it's Dear Dreh, not Deer Dree. Why do the English so stubbornly refuse to pronounce this name correctly? It's not difficult.

I was expecting Deirdre to call her new baby after Rosalind.

@TooOldForThisNonsense Trixie had rung someone and found there was a chance of a job in a chambers with someone they knew. He was ranting at her and said he had to find a way out of this with some dignity and didn’t want her going round with a begging bowl. Looks like he is about to lose everything in a get rich quick scheme next week 🙄
