No, Roxy and Ronnie were Mitchells, so not related to Peggy's side. Their dad was Archie Mitchell, brother to Eric Mitchell who was Peggy's husband and father to Phil, Grant and Sam. I think they just called Sal "Aunt" because everyone did (and technically she became their stepaunt when Archie married Peggy)! I don't remember Glenda (Roxy and Ronnie's mum) being related in any way to Peggy; it would have been gross if she was, given she had an affair with Phil who was her nephew through marriage (son of her husband's brother) - if Glenda was related to Peggy, he would have been her nephew by blood. Mind you, with the Mitchells and EastEnders' interconnected family trees, who knows! 😆

When they did that flashback episode last year time they showed Glenda with Ronnie and Roxy as young children ( 8 or 9 , that kind of age)
Glenda was posh , in a fur coat and bling and Archie was always the richer one. He obviously held a torch for Peggy for years , but he was just evil.

Billy's Dad has always been talked about as a wrong'un. Abusive bully so there must be a reason he is in it. I assumed he was dead
